If I could have given a zero star I would have. This company is a rip off. Ive sent many plenty of emails and made plenty of phone calls…no follow up. I had to keep calling myself. I was told I was approved for a townhome that was supposedly already rented out to someone else after I was told no one had gotten approved. They sent me 3 emails about a app fee but can’t return emails about my concern. So no they have all my information. I was told I would get a refund for the miscommunication but after speaking to Jennifer she told me to go read the paper I signed!! Wow!! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT

It's so interesting to see the reviews for 5 stars because they literally gave them $25 to do so. I will say the approval process was easy and they were responsive but after that ------ it was terrible!
Management companies are suppose to take care of the property or at least maintain it.. Not Texas Renters.. They charge you $75 for every maintenance request... I had 6 requests in the first 2 weeks of moving in and it was my fault... No a/c, dishwasher was broken, dryer was busted, countless light bulbs and NEVER had power outside.
The carpet was older than dirt with weird lumps everywhere .

Only been a tenant for two weeks and already having issues. Obvious broken appliances were known about prior to us moving in (work order was placed for dishwasher day after we moved in before we even used it, so the owner KNEW it wasn't working right but waited until we moved in) as of now it still hasn't been replaced. Have seen roaches, blinds are missing, the lock box is still on the door, and nothing is getting done in a timely manner. They don't seem to know what they're doing. The place was dirty when we moved in so they obviously didn't do a good job inspecting after the last tenants. Very

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I am a tenant who is renting. This people never respond to my messages. They never deliver filters we pay for. They have no problem charging you fees but can’t respond or answer any phone calls. I will never rent through them again.. I have put in a request when we first moved in April of 2021 and still have no been fixed.

Everything went so smooth. In less than 4 days, we were approved for the house we applied for. They were very laid back and patient with our schedule. Our realtor Damien, was the absolute best and Clarissa was prompt to get everything sent on both ends. Both excellent with the communication. Over all, I’d say close to perfect! Thank y’all so much.

Excellent experience with Damien and Clarissa.
I submitted my application on tuesday night and by friday i had signed my lease. By far the smoothest experience i have ever had. Damien was there every step of the way to ensure all questions were answered and Clarissa was outstanding getting all of the paperwork in order.

RENTERS BEWARE! This company is a SCAM!
I am a former renter. When I moved into the property we noticed many little issues here and there such as patchy paint, dirty carpet, some scratches on the walls but the major problem was the black mold in the washer. We indicated all the issues on our move in sheet but no one every came to fix the mold in the washer. We reached out to Texas Renters about it and they tried to say that the mold was not their problem and we were responsible for fixing it. After going back and forth with them numerous times, they ultimately repeatedly failed to keep a healthy
