Your rent is due on the first of every month. Your payment is made payable to Prime Asset Management. If you have a resident manager, please deliver your rent payment directly to your resident manager, otherwise you must deliver or mail your payment to the property management office at 4411 Morena Blvd.

I rented 2 different apartments with Prime, Tony was my only point of contact and also the only one I needed. He took care of everything I needed and made all my transitions extremely easy and I was very grateful to have Tony as my manager. A lot of agencies can be hit or miss but Tony was spot on. If I return to needing a rental I will surely email him first.

Do NOT deal with Jody Dean of Prime Assest Management. I drove 45mins to this rental location for nothing! If anything, just to be creeped out. I called Jody, and she never cared to answer or return my call. I more so sent the email to her stating that I did not go into the rental property unit, as I was certain someone was in there (heater on, house full of furniture, and there was a dim light coming from the back), and I did not feel safe or comfortable. Her response was an email reply saying I must've gone to the wrong address. Lady, I was able to open the lockbox with the combination YOU

" rented from Prime Asset Management for over three years. I found them  personable, professional and highly responsive to any issues (even on weekends). The actual property owner was a bit difficult and Prime Management ran a good buffer that was reasonable and kind. The property was in great shape when I moved in and they returned 100% of my deposit when I left. They have an app for requesting repairs and things were generally fixed same day by professional and knowledgeable people. This is one of the best rental management places in San Diego.

My boyfriend and I rented a townhome together in Mission Hills for almost 6 years managed by Tony Robertson and my experience having Tony as my property manager was GREAT!! They were always fast to repair any maintenance requests I had. During the move out inspection he wasn't nit-picky with the holes in the walls and he refunded our entire security deposit. Tony is also very nice and friendly. I would rent from this property management company again. Overall, I have no complaints from my 6 years renting from Prime Asset Management. This company does nothing except nickel and dime. They recently bought our building. Omg RUN!! It's been 4 days of them owning our building and they have not added new dog waste bags to the stand. But they DID increase laundry cost by $1.75!! No explanation as to why. They also added a $2 fee to pay rent online. I highly suggest finding a new company to live under because these people are greedy!!!

I have lived here for over a year. I love my apartment and the on-site property manager Didi is amazing. Whenever I had an issue with my apartment Didi quickly resolved my problem. Example my unit got pretty hot and she had an AC unit installed for me. She's prompt and efficient. I'm so grateful for it! I'm very happy living here. The neighbors are nice and friendly but also mind their on business. I feel she does a good job at screening who lives here. She keeps a harmonious and safe living environment.

I have referred many friends to Prime Asset Management's leasing agent Tanya Linda. She has been responsive and reliable in helping my friends find apartments. She is a great listener and communicator. She is great at sharing newly remodeled apartments on her social media as they become available, which shows her motivation. She has been great at helping tenants through the difficult past months of the pandemic as well. It is nice to deal with someone so enthusiastic and attentive about their work.

It's been hard finding a place to live in San Diego. Our family reached out to Prime Asset Management for help. Our contact there, Tanya Linda really went out of her way to listen, understand our needs and help us find what we needed within our budget. I highly recommend Tanya. Its ok hear. manager we have seems to not be checking her email . every time i try calling it says mail box is full. i tried the front desk same thing. full mail box. been waiting for help on setting up acct here so i can ask so i can get help setting up and use. i was told that , per our lease, we need to contact maintence to fix it. so im guessing she never did. out kitchen sink faucet is about to fall off. for the fourth time . guess we will have to wait . hope the thing doesnt. then i will have to call someone for a flood. which is full as well. would like to see more info but cant

It's very difficult to give any positives about the management company when honestly I don't feel like they give any care for their tenants. If you are a tenant and have had a positive experience with your manager, you are very lucky. Since the move in day last year, multiple maintainence requests had to be made for every little thing.

Our experience with Prime Asset Management was awesome. The property we rented was a well kept property and the neighbors were all so nice. Anytime we needed anything Tony was always ready to help. Whenever we had questions and needed to get insight from the owner, Tony and his team always stepped in and got back to us in a timely manner. Over the 3 years we spent at the property as one can imagine there were wear and tear maintenance issues etc. and we could always call Prime Asset Management and they got on our request as soon as possible. There was such a transparency and open line in communication

We had a super positive experience with Prime Asset Management. We could pay rent online through their portal, or by check and enjoyed the convenience of the portal. The unit was in great shape when we moved in, we maintained it and got our full deposit back.

There are so many things wrong with this Property Management Company, and I hope nobody has to deal with one of the worst, unprofessional "regional" manager, Jody Dean. It's unfortunate for companies to take advantage of people who are just trying to live in an affordable apartment.
We have dirt coming from between where the wall and floorboards meet. This was from Day 1 and I didn't realize it at first because I swept it up thinking they just did a poor job cleaning (which they did) and still hasn't been taken care of. Every time I had to explain and sent videos and pictures
