My wife and I have both trained with Brian for many years both in-person and virtually. Not only have I learned a great deal about getting and staying in shape, but Brian has also played an important role in the rehab of my knee post-surgery. He is well versed not only as a trainer, but in many other areas as well (e.g. cooking, cars, politics, dogs etc.). Brian is knowledgeable, upbeat and professional ---- a true pleasure. As a mid40s software engineer leading a sedentary lifestyle with aching joint pains and possible trending towards carpal tunnel, I approached Brian with the request of not becoming a muscle-head, but the thought that I'd like to have a lifestyle that allows me to strengthen my core and flexibility in the long run.
After a year+ of working with Brian Day, I'm incredibly happy with this progress and I can honestly say that my joints are ache free and I haven't had a problem with my arms / wrists in some time now.

Following an ATV accident and subsequent Physical Therapy, I searched for a personal trainer to help me fully regain my strength and mobility, and found Fitness by Day. "I have worked with Brian since 2001, which should tell you something right away. I met Brian after my ACL surgery primarily to help with rehab and to strengthen my other knee. Brian's excellent and specific knowledge of anatomy and physiology helped me recover very quickly. There is not enough space to write all the positive things about my experience with Brian. I started working out with Brian 5 years ago after a shoulder injury caused by working out too hard with poor form. I knew Brian since he had been training with my wife for years to help her gain back strength and muscle after both a back surgery and then a torn ACL. As I expected, Brian had me healed from my shoulder injury in no time, making me stronger, and then he developed a safe, dynamic strength training program that has kept me on track for 5 years!

Brian is an excellent personal trainer. I am a competitive horse rider and he created a program to target my specific goals and fitness needs. I have worked with quite a few trainers and few have understood and targeted the correct muscles for riding as well as Brian. He helped me stay in shape while unable to ride. Highly recommend!

My husband and I definitely have different fitness goals and motivation levels when it comes to working out, but none of that phases Brian when it comes to planning an individualized program for each of us. His creativity, knowledge, flexibility and patience help so much, because he has always found new ways to challenge my husband and motivate me!! Excellent trainer - friendly, listens, is thoughtful, keeps it interesting and totally professional. I started in-home training because of an ankle injury and the desire to improve strength, flexibility and balance. And I wanted to gain confidence on a bigger motorcycle. Brian helped me achieve that and more. Kept me motivated so I didn’t “skip” my workouts. Highly recommended!

I started working with Brian three years ago when an old back injury wouldn’t go away, on the recommendation of my physical therapist. I really enjoy that he personalizes your work out and is not afraid to mix things up week to week if somethings not working. He designed a program that specifically targets my lower back and strengthening my core. We meet weekly and the results have been fantastic. He also created a work out that I do on my own to supplement our weekly sessions. He is creative with my routine as well as the equipment I use.
