I have been a resident here for 6 months. And I have been absolutely pleased with the Office staff Jackie, Julie, and Ashton; they always have the brightest smiles and ready to help with anything and everything!!! As well as the maintenance team, if I need something fixed they get to it the same day or following day. The grounds of the property are always maintained immaculately. The residents I have met here are very happy as well, because of the many reasons this place is a great place to live. Integra Woods is also pet friendly and welcome you and your pet with open arms. Definitely would not recommend at all. This place is terrible. Had the worst experience ever. The staff and owners do not care about you at all. All they care about is money. These people are frauds don’t let them fool you. I decided to put in an application, but I truly regret even sending in an application, these people are not helpful whatsoever, they act fake when you come in interested but after they take your money they don’t help you at all and create so many problems. They don’t wanna do any work. They expect you to do all the work even though you’re paying THEM! After you send

Would not recommend, this was a last minute find as rentals were going so fast. The property is nice and quiet but there is not enough parking and if you park along the curb you get 3 warnings then get towed, unless you move your car by 7:30am. I have 2 toddlers so it’s hard to move my car at that time when I get stuck without a parking spot. Also, they say it’s gated but it’s just a remote that lets you in, no guard to see who is really coming in. Plus half the time the gates are broken and left open so there is no point. Then, trash, we are in the complete back side of the community and

Excellent customer service! Julie and the front are super fast and efficient and always on top of the ball. The leasing office is always spotless and great aura around the campus all-in-all! I absolutely love living here. For the price with the amenities, you can't beat it. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They do movie nights for Kids and have food trucks come a few times a week. The maintenance is top notch I called to have something fixed on my lunch break and it was fixed when I got home. Love living here.

Great staff! Though they were minimal maintenance issues they were always handled immediately. We had a 2/2 with an attached garage. It felt like we were still living in a single family home. You couldn't ask for any more amenities. They are always improving the complex and having events to bring the community together. You would never know the age of the development because it is so clean and well taken care of. We were there a year and will miss everyone.
