Cathy is great!! She is a true professional in the property management business. She managed our home rental for 8 years. We live out of state and appreciate Cathy’s response to issues that came up with the property and the tenant. She always had maintenance issues corrected quickly and competently and always communicated with us in a timely manner.
Ronda did a great job selling our house for us. She is very knowledgeable in the local real estate market and guided us through a quick sale.

The property manager is horrible at her job. She never responds to emails or calls people back. I’ve been living here since March and we are now in May. I have called about the same toilet 3 times. Instead of calling me back or even emailing me she leaves the office for the day. She has no sense of professionalism. Instead of handling things she leaves it for the rest of the staff to get the complaints when it’s not even their field. Ridiculous!

Move out hustle
My experience with Walter Williams was reasonable until move out. Upon moving out they deducted from my security deposit for damages to vertical blind slats that were noted on our move in inspection that they declined to fix when we moved in.
The property manager stated "I have acted in accordance to the lease" but the vertical blind slats were already broken and taped together when we moved in. We noted it on the move in inspection. The proof was there. So we lived with the broken/taped slats for a year, and then had to pay for them when we left.
Hopefully the new tenant enjoys

Absolutely the best company around in Palm Coast. I relocated from another state and the process was super simple. My agent, Cathy, and her assistant have been such a pleasure. I had a small issue with the stove during my walk through but they were on top of the repairs and expedited any and all my requests. My whole family is impressed with the service e from Walter Williams and I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

As a landlord, I am extremely satisfied with Walter Williams Property Management. They manage several properties for me in Jacksonville. Tenants are well screened. Vacancies are minimal. Rents keep pace with the going rates in the neighborhoods where I own properties. Emergency repairs are handled quickly, and non-emergency repairs are handled in a timely fashion. Just one example: Tripp Williams, the owner, personally visited each of my properties within three days after Hurricane Matthew to check for damage. Evictions--which are rare because their tenant screening is so good--are handled efficiently
