Ardent has really stepped up their game in the last couple of years. Our property manager Emily in particular has been l excellent, providing poignant and prompt responses to all of my questions and requests. Very happy with the level of service Ardent has been able to provide out community of there the last 3 years

If you are considering an HOA, do your neighborhood a favor and go with another provider. They take weeks to respond and never apologize when they are wrong. Very disappointed that my community chose this group and confounded how they are still in business. Thank you to Kelly for calling me and sad it took me writing a Google review for a response. Just to clarify, I provided all of the prior HOA provider's records coupled with mine several months ago. Thus its a bit unfair for your reply to attempt to place "transition time" blame on them. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Not even worthy of the one star. They are very unprofessional and love to collect charges without any proof. I have been making automatic HOA payments every month. All of a sudden they charged me 50 dollars for Nov and Dec because they "couldn't locate my account" , even though it was still set up in automatic bill pay on their website. I made a November payment and still received a charge for November. I even sent my bank statement showing that my payment went through. They still denied my fee waiver request. No one will ever call you

In spite of the fact that their answering service doesn't respond
correctly (but they know about it and are getting a new one)
Mia gave me outstanding service. My condo's previous management
company messed things up when Ardent took over and it was very
complicated to straighten the mess out. Mia stayed on the phone
with me for half an hour helping me solve the problem and understand
how to use the portal. She has the patience of a saint and deserves
a raise. I hope her boss appreciates how good she is.

Ardent took over my from Heritage and after a year they submit a bill of 10k even though HOA is being paid. No good explanation. They target blacks and the disabled. The change gate codes denying entry to my home. They even denied the disabled bus from entering to pick up my kid. They need to be in jail. How are they still operating is a mystery. They're scammers. Georgia please investigate. I will testify.

Terrible. honestly. no one answers the phone. EVER: when i call i'm first in line, 10 mins wait, then all the sudden the phone rings for ONE RING (no pick up) and the i'm 3rd in line?! then i'm back to 1 and shortly after back to 3. the i'm 4 in line. miserable. they can't do the HOA FEES properly- never have it right. updating on anything is delayed.
VERY BAD. zero stars. i cannot stress how poor they are with : communication, finances (HUGE PROBLEM), customer service, manages letters etc around the property . everything.

those 5 stars reviews are very out of place.

We've been very happy with Ardent and just renewed our contract with them. No management company is perfect and frankly, we had some bumps in the road but we've overcome them, together, with some frank conversations and expectation setting. Happy to report that Lucas Linhares is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable, highly responsive to our needs, provides great referrals for work to-be-done, and is a joy to interact with. Corporate sponsored content and webinars are helpful.

Josh Morton is very professional and so easy to deal with. Every time I call he answers the phone and if he cant answer my question then he always gets back with me with an answer. He is courteous and very responsive. He helped me with several issues I was working on and provided me with the correct information to solve each issue. I Highly recommend using Ardent Residential and Josh Morton for any property management needs.

Michael Williams, Portfolio Manager that represents the Suwanee Green subdivision definitely earns this five star rating. He responds to emails quickly and returns calls even after hours. He works well with vendors, regularly meets with the Board to review processes and tours the subdivision for infractions to keep the community pristine. He is an excellent asset to the Ardent Team.

Our Condo Community started using them a year or so ago. We have had so many different property managers and all have been terrible. They let a utility bill go unpaid for so long that the gas company shut off the meter and of course this happened over a weekend so several buildings had no hot water for almost 3 or 4 days. Most recently our account rep Mckenzie Mcglashan erroneously had a claim paid twice, and now my other claim has gone no where since mid July and she fails to respond to emails or answer her phone. Real quality client service! Not!! Try CMA Community I have them for another

The worst hoa community management system I have ever encountered. Always wait on hold for 45+ minutes to speak to a representative. When you speak to a representative, they are extremely deceptive. The issue is always "out of Ardent's hands." For example, ardent supposedly sent me a fob to use my pool that I pay. Fob was never delivered. Ardent claims they cannot do anything but provide no proof of mailing fob in question. Not sure how this is a business- Ardent is extremely unethical and deceptive.

I live in a community that uses Ardent Residential. They frequently make mistakes. I had a complaint about our landscape workers. They would cut the grass and leave the property without plowing the grass and pine straw off of my patio. I emailed them about it with photo's and they kept sending me emails asking me to clarify the problem! my verbal description was fine and the pictures told the rest of the story but it took weeks for them to understand and get it corrected.

My BIGGEST COMPLAINT has to do with HOA fees. No the fee is ok and I have it set up on Bill pay. My payments are sent

This company is bologna!!! I just moved to my community and I am utterly disappointed! Ardent doesn't answer the phone and they tell you to send a detailed email then they never follow up! They can't even keep the grass cut! They should not be in business!

This is a terrible Management company. I had to post a negative business review on google just to get them to respond to my voicemails and emails. I don't understand why I need to post to a public platform to get a response.
Their invoicing system of choice doesn't include details and seems shady. The bills that they send are similarly vague.
They do not notify people when there are issues with the building or other announcements. I do not believe that these people should be in business. It's unprofessional and I feel like our board members were seriously mislead when we chose

So Ardent called today and miraculously discovered Ardent was billing me twice and they knew it!!!! I have spent months trying to track where my payment was originating from as Ardent denied they were billing me the $_________. Provided tracer numbers to them from my bank, spent countless hours with my bank and their company representatives, canceled the payment through my bank and they still continued to present the $____
to my bank resulting in NSF funds for 4 months. IF THEY WOULD HAVE DONE THEIR HOMEWORK IN JUNE WHEN THE FIRST PAYMENT WAS MADE (THEY TOOK OVE MY OLD HOA) A GREAT DEAL OF TIME

I would describe them as incompetent, agreed with all the negative reviews. I would strongly encourage everyone to leave their experience and review here.

Worst management company I have ever seen. No updates and never response to the repair request. The operator might answer the phone, then said it has been escalated and they will get back to you and look into it with management then that's it. It will be your lucky day to hear back from them.

Management team is the worst!!! Stay away from them!!!!

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would!! This company manages my neighborhood and has been absolute crap in trying to resolve anything. If you submit requests for changes, no response. They do not send a bill for HOA fees but then try to charge you extra fees for not paying after they have not sent anything to pay from!! When you contact them regarding the extra fees, again no response. So flipping annoying!!!!
