Danly Properties was formally founded in 1990 to serve both national and international clientele on a variety of real estate related projects. I recently worked with Darci at Nichols Park Apartments on Convict Hill regarding my daughter's apartment. She had NO hot water, NO air conditioning or heat, and her stove did not work for 7 days. That meant that she was unable to take a shower or cook her meals during this entire time. The apartment was legally "uninhabitable" from Wednesday through the entire weekend. Then the electrician didn't show up until Tuesday. The stove still did not work. Darci did not return phone calls during this entire time.
