If you are buying or selling a home, a home inspection will provide the information you need. Buyers want to feel confident about a major purchase, while sellers want to be secure in their asking price. As a Certified Home Inspector, KSA Home Inspections LLC provides thorough home inspection reports, complete with photos and any findings.
Whether your commercial property is pre-listing, pre-purchase or currently operational, KSA Home Inspections LLC can provide a thorough inspection of the building. Your commercial property inspection will be completed to the specifications of the NFPA 101: Life Safety Code. We will make sure the property is structurally sound while we check it from top to bottom, providing a detailed inspection report when complete.
When lenders need to know if a building is occupied and what shape it's in, KSA Home Inspections LLC offers property type inspections. Lenders often have an inspection done to determine a property's condition, the occupancy type and the property type. They may also need home inspector services done on an unoccupied property that is being purchased.
Preparing for a KSA Home Inspection is very simple. You KSA inspector will need access to all areas and every room in the home, as well as the roof and yard. Ensure Electricity, Water, and Gas are turned ON. Your KSA inspector will not conduct home inspection services unless Gas and electricity are on.
