I selected SHI for the fact that I could choose what I wanted inspected. I was specifically interested in having the foundation looked at. If a foundation repair company looks at it, you know that they will try and sell you something you don't need. Greg came out and looked at the attic and foundation and provided me with his assessment and pictures. I would definitely use his services again, if the need arises.
