Lacey is HORRIBLE!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM! We lived here 2 years and didn’t renew for a 3rd. Before moving in, we were required to put down our rents deposit, $825. There were a couple different fees stated in the lease about what parts of the deposit we wouldn’t get back, fine. Prior to move out, we were given move out instructions which was the basic apartment cleaning checklist for most buildings. For 4-5 days straight, we cleaned and did everything right to ensure the next tenants would be move in ready. I asked when the walk through would be and was told they don’t do that there. Hmm, wonder

They advertise this apartment building at 650 1st st se Saint lCloud, as being a quiet four plex there words not mine.Its far from quiet 🙄To many loud noises to mention.After living here a year I'm finally done dealing with this company they did nothing to help with the noise or anything else.They advertise small dogs are allowed. Really??? They allow any sized dogs or breeds. They where concerned when I told them I have a dog they said as long as it's under 25lbs which my dog is. Then after moving in I realized two of the other apartments both have pitbulls.Really???? And they where so concerned

Location was great. Kept grounds clean. Some larger trucks were hard to get around that seem to be renting space. Management However was a different store . Too many requirements to start renting and very difficult to start paying online . Worse was the behavior of one of the owners. They changed code card and refused to bring down a replacement while I hard large trucks and hired people sitting on there hands .

At first things were a little rough when we initially moved in. However, we have been here for a year and things have been good. Any sort of maintenance issue is resolved promptly within a couple days. I’d love to see a playground area for all the children that live in our townhome development. Overall, we are very happy with Premier.

Very easy and fast application process. They stay out of your business. They aren’t nosy. Online portal is very easy to navigate and automatic payment is nice. We only needed maintenance once (we rented a newer townhome) and the repairs were done within a couple days. Someone always answers the office phone when you call (during office hours anyways). I was able to get text responses after hours too. Very accessible management. I would rent from them again.
Only complaints are: I wish there was more flexibility in seeing properties as only doing them during office hours means you have to take

Our experience with Premier Property Management has been wonderful! They were super friendly and flexible when we were in need of an apartment to rent. The managers and staff are really great and friendly and go out of their way to ensure that you are happy, satisfied, and comfortable. The apartment complex is kept clean and tidy. There isn't any riff-raff here and our apartment was super clean and tidy when we moved in. Dont hesitate to rent here...you will love it!
