Services
Our business name was Cashill-Spaulding for the first few years. We grew to the point where we became a people-oriented business that needed a name to better represent the team collaboration and involvement. We offer excellent customer care and service. We started out with two 14-unit turn-of-the-century brownstone buildings on St. Paul's Grand Avenue and today we have 5,000 units and over 135 employees.
St. Cloud, voted a "most livable city", is centrally located in the heart of Minnesota with Waite Park, Sartell, Sauk Rapids and St. Joseph as adjoining cities.
