ROACHES, that’s all I have to say. Landlords treated them with a exterminator but only treat the units that request to be treated so it’s a recurring issue. And when I went back into my unit it didn’t smell or look like anything was sprayed or treated. They will walk in your house without knocking or letting anyone know. Basically you get what you pay for.

I lived here for 5 years. I would not mind calling it my home😀 . For the price you pay , its the best you get in the area . Management is not as strong as its a family that runs it but its not bad. You might not end up getting what you asked for quickly but you will get it eventually. If you are student i highly recommend it .Its near campus and has nice commute to campus and around st cloud .
Maintenance workers are super cool . Since , i lived here for 5 years relationship with owner was back and forth but again they are not bad . you could have little trouble with the kids shouting outside

Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else, too much crime, noise and vandalism going on over here. Not very secure apartments, Andy lets anyone move in and thats mostly the big problem because when I moved in there was a couple of drug dealers living here not to mention criminals. Clearly doesnt do background checks on the people here. Move across the river there are places that cost a little more with more peace of mind.

Cheap and affordable, but don't expect much. You really do get what you pay for. Landlords are extremely slow and getting things done. You'll probably have to wait a few days before any maintenance gets done. Last summer my roommates and I along with a few others got harassed constantly at the pool and it took management months to do anything about that. Lease says that you're guaranteed a parking spot that is assigned, DO NOT trust the lease. People will park on your spot all the time and UVT doesn't do anything about it even though you call. Also don't expect much if you have a problem at night

It was such a terrible place to live. They'll keep a huge portion of the deposit even if you clean and don't make any mess. Don't live there if you're wise!

This place changed my life. Best place to live if you're looking for cheap rent. Parking is easy, location can't be beat, bus stops outside of almost all buildings. Everyone around is friendly. Management is nice and easy to get along with. The building is old, but you shouldn't be expecting much at their price. The pool is oddly bomb af, I say oddly because rent is only $275 and they've got a clean well maintained pool. The only weird part about living here is when you spot that awkward family that decides to never leave the UVT's... actually thats goals bro I should have never left. #2015

Do not live here! The apartment managers/owners are very difficult and refuse to properly fix anything. My oven was 100 degrees than it was supposed to be, 2 of my burners didn't work, and our air conditioning didn't even have knobs to adjust the settings. They charge $10 a quarter for carpet cleaning, even though the 3 years I lived there they didn't clean them once. Even when my roommates moved out. The internet is slow, and the bedrooms don't get cooler than 80 degrees in the summer.

I'm not sure where the person below me lives, but I had 0 issues throughout the year Renato what Jenn is stating. I live in the same building as the office. The back side of this building (by the trees) was great. Almost always quiet, didn't have to worry too much about people walking around outside. It was perfect in that manner. The units are not perfect. Mine was relatively decent with maybe dust and some dirty spots here and there, but nothing that freaked me out by any means. The parking lot lights are on at night, allowing a sense of security. Room sizes are LARGE compared to other places

The $250 rent is very appealing to many college students, myself included. This seemed like a good place when searching for apartments the previous year, plus other places were filling up fast. However, I dislike several things about living here. The most frustrating thing is probably parking. You get two assigned spots (for a FOUR person living space, mind you) and so the other two have to fight with other people for general parking on the road. To top it off, winter parking restrictions cut the general parking areas in half for over night parking... so if you don't get a spot early on, you're

Although the place is outdated, I will not complain because rent is cheap and all you have to pay is electric. Everything else is free. New carpet and appliances is really all the place needs. I enjoy my own locked bedroom and the bus system to campus.
