Justin is very professional in his work. He provided the deliverable on time.
Three star is purely because Justin might have missed to find a broken dishwasher. The inspection report says he ran a cycle of washing and drying. We started using the dishwasher only after some time of move in to notice its not drying the utensils properly. We called the home warranty guys and he told us that it doesn't wash right as well. When it turns on there is barely any water in it. So in short its broken. If Justin did indeed miss it which I cannot say for sure then its a 3 star. But if he didn't then

Justin was a great inspector, very thorough/detailed. Because he noted some doors not closing correctly, cracks in the driveway and at the entrance to the front, I decided to have a foundation report. And, Good Thing I Did! The house on #10504 Wagon Wap Dr Austin 78750 is off level by almost 2 inches. Repairing a foundation is very costly which includes not only leveling but subsequent repair of the new cracks caused by the leveling, adding gutters and creating a positive drainage away from the foundation. I backed out of the deal since the sellers only wanted to push the entire responsibility

I would not do business with Metro Inspections. In our experience they are unreliable and unprofessional, as well as provide horrible customer service. When we tried to schedule an appointment and noted we wanted to be in attendance he cussed us out and told us to find someone else to follow around.

Justin was wonderful and totally professional from beginning to end. His website and facebook page are easy to navigate and understand. His pricing is straight forward and explained on the website. His quote matched the pricing on the website. I also appreciated that he was termite certified and used thermal scanning. I also appreciated that he did his work and then had me come to the house for the walk through. He pointed everything out and was up front about explaining "major concern" or "handyman work". Justin just inspected the house I'm buying and did a phenomenal job! Very thorough and patient with my questions also. He took me through the house entirely and showed me all of his findings. Being a first-time home owner, I'm no real estate expert. But being an engineer and a handyman, I do know about being obsessive with details and the importance of it during home inspections. Justin was more than anything I could have asked for.

It'll take him about 2-3 hours to comb through the entire property from top to bottom. He would examine every inches of the house and identify any *potential* problems 20 years down the road, however minor they might seem at the moment. His job is to be thorough and informative.
