I am very disappointed with David from a complete inspection. He made promises he didn't keep and then stopped responding to my emails.
David made a very big mistake during my home inspection, the damage was calculated at $826. I documented this with photos. Initially he argued and tried to deny this, but after reviewing video evidence from our nest camera, it was obvious he was at fault... and he agreed to pay me the full amount of the damage he caused.
Later, he only paid a portion of that damage, but promised to make me payments each month. Well, the payments never came and David stopped responding

I went under contract in March, and had another inspector lined up to inspect the house. But they canceled on me. I only had 3 days option period and I was already at the end of my day 2. So you can imagine I was scrambling to find another inspector.
I gave David a call because he already has good reviews on Yelp and Google. And after he learned about my situation, amazingly, he showed up at my house just half an hour later. Keep in mind this is 4:30pm already. Most businesses would have been closed by then, but David was kind and willing to go the extra mile to help me out. I really appreciated

Worked with David Crist and was 100 percent satisfied with everything he did. He want above and beyond and even took the time to show and explain every finding and what he was looking for. Even if you're buying a new construction house, you should absolutely hire a 3rd-party inspector before moving in (when you actually have leverage with the builder), and you can't go wrong with David.

Really enjoyed my inspection with David. He inspected the home I am looking to purchase. He was extremely thorough and let me walk through the whole thing with him.
