Katie is absolutely amazing! she was able to get my dark brown hair to a really silvery blond, and my hair still looks extremely healthy.
The atmosphere at this salon is great. Very laid back and comfortable.
I will never go to anyone else for my hair.

I started seeing Jennifer Kelley at Cameo at the beginning of 2020 and will continue to be a client until the day she puts down her shears! Jennifer and the rest of the staff at Cameo are warm and friendly and the service is always top notch. Jennifer always knows how to cut my hair just right and she is an amazing conversationalist as well! I always feel I’m among friends when I go in. Cameo itself has a warm and cozy vibe within a fresh and modern setting. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a great cut and great company as well!

I had a confirmed appointment, 3 days in advance. I was notified by text message that the appointment was confirmed. I arrived, and the stylist greeted me and said they were finishing up with another customer. I waited 25 minutes and then the stylist told me that I didn't have an appointment. I showed them the text message but they could offer no explanation. The system had tried to rebook me to another slot, a week later, while I was waiting, but again the stylist could offer no explanation. Only minimal effort was made to try and address their mistake - asking a single other stylist if they were

Love Lindsey~she has been doing my hair for a few years now & I'd follow her anywhere. That being said I love the salon too; very quaint & not all loud like a lot of salons. Plenty of safe parking & they are all nice, clean & professional. GO if you need your hair done & let Lindsey do it!

I absolutely love Cameo Salon. My hairdresser Katie worked at a different salon a while back, and I followed her when she moved to Cameo. I was nervous that although Katie would be a familiar face, the prices would change or the salon wouldn’t be what I was used to. I’m so happy I followed her!
Cameo is a great salon with kind employees, fair prices, so much parking it’s ridiculous, and always on time with their appointments. They don’t pressure you into buying products or doing more with your haircut, and are great with working with your budget. If anyone is looking for a standard color

I made an appointment for a women's hair cut with Katie and she did a great job! Appointment started on time, she was so good about listening to my wants, and letting me know what my hair needed. I was a little indecisive and also scared to cut my hair short but she's the first hairdresser I've been to that respected my long hair wishes!! Salon was so cute and the haircut was quick and easy. Katie was just super friendly and made me feel at home, 10/10 recommend :)

Jennifer is the best hairdresser I have ever had! She is personable and highly skilled. I have thin straight hair so my haircuts need a certain precision for it to lay right. Jennifer gets the cut and highlights right every single time. She is also versatile. My daughter had her first haircut today, she is three years old with mixed race hair (very curly) and Jennifer did a wonderful job. My sister also goes to Jennifer and my step mom is visiting soon. The salon is beautiful and there’s always wine in the fridge. 💞

I got the best haircut and color of my life yesterday with Jennifer. She took her time to make sure she was understanding what I wanted and didn't want and how that would jive with my lifestyle.
Not only did she actually explain my hair to me (why it was stubbornly poofing up in some spots or difficult to straighten), she offered thorough and valuable recommendations for styling and for products. She explained what she was using, why she was using it and what she recommend for other styles (air drying, etc.) based on my hair type.

Whoaaaaaa best salon in Atlanta. A friend referred me to Alixx who was awesome -- she fixed a botched haircut from another salon and styled my hair perfectly. She took her time and I left honestly the happiest I've ever been with a haircut (no exaggeration). Super grateful for her fitting me in to her schedule and for making me feel 1000x better about my hair.

Love love love this salon. Jennifer has been doing my hair for two years now, and I'm so glad I found her (originally a referral from a coworker). She is super detail oriented, and truly listens to what her clients want and makes sure she understands what they want. I've never had someone spend so much time on my hair, but I love it.
The salon feels super modern but comfortable and somewhat homey at the same time. Whoever greets you first when you walk in will usually offer you something to drink (adult beverages offered :D) and you can chill in their waiting area until your stylist

I just moved from L.A. & was desperate to find a salon in ATL. I absolutely LOVE Cameo Salon, specifically my girl Cece. The salon has natural bright light, a cool vibe and I always treat myself to coffee and a cookie when I arrive. Cece is so talented and friendly and I couldn't be happier with my hair.

Tina Coluccio managed to give me the unicorn of hair styles....It's easy to take care of, easy to get ready in the morning and manages to look styled 100% of the time (and she did it all in an hour). She is so pleasant and easy going, I didn't even realize an hour had passed! I can't say enough good things about her or the salon she is working in. This was my first time in her chair but it certainly won't be the last!

Update 8/11/16 - I just wanted to thank Dorothy for another awesome haircut! She is helping me grow out my hair from extremely short back to long. She listens to my concerns, pays attention to the way my hair naturally bends and falls... And what I ended up with is a haircut that I can just blow dry, put a little product in and get out the door. That's exactly my kind of style. Plus, I have a thick mob of hair so that definitely takes some skill. I am still so grateful to another Yelp reviewer for helping me find Dorothy. I can't sing her praises enough!

I absolutely love Cameo Salon & especially love Freddie!! He's been doing my hair for 6 yrs & I have always loved it!! I get so many compliments on it & I tell people it's all Freddie & to go see him at Cameo. The salon is very welcoming & friendly. I feel like every person there is my friend.

I absolutely love this place. It is chic and modern. They also sell Bumble and Bumble products which are amazing. Everyone is very friendly and you can even have wine while getting your hair did! Alixx does my hair and I actually followed her to Cameo from another salon when she moved. Not only is she super sweet and friendly, she is the only person I will let do my hair. She does excellent coloring and highlighting. I'm a natural brunette, but thanks to Alixx I have gorgeous platinum blonde hair!

I have been going to Dorothy since I moved to ATL 13 yrs ago! I don't even live near her salon, however, I wouldn't think to go anywhere else! She is attentive to my needs, professional, talented and always has a smile on her face. I always get compliments after seeing her. I have sent multiple people to her through the years and everyone has always been happy with her.
Her new salon is welcoming and does not feel stuffy or overpriced. Her crew did a great job with the place. I am excited to support her at her new salon!

Tonight was my first time in Cameo Salon, and it's beautiful! Such a bright, welcoming space. First they welcomed me, and offered like 8 kinds of beverages, which is always awesome. Alixx is such a wonderful stylist. She always knows how to interpret what I want and turn it into something better than I could imagine! I love that they have Bumble and Bumble products too. That brand is the best!

I followed Dorothy from Dada, and I'm very glad that I did. She gave me a great haircut and, as always, she was a pleasure to talk to. Dorothy is one of the few people I've met who can actually cut men's hair (as in, give you more than just a buzz cut or a part). Now, if only I can find someone like her in New York, I'll be all set!
