BEWARE. This company is very unprofessional. They do not return phone calls, emails, or messages. You cant schedule a showing like normal, but rather, you have to go to the open house which is late in the day at peak rush hour. After you only get a window of a couple of hours to submit your application and ONLY right after your tour. Following, if your app is approved, you again only have a short window to submit your very lengthy pay history. If you do not submit your lengthy pay history in that short window, you lose your money for the app fees, and then they actually refuse to rent to you amd

I called to inquire about a listing and was immediately greeted by a curt and gruff sounding man. When I told him I was interested in renting, his response was "Okay, and?"
After checking the other reviews, and seeing his rude and contentious responses to these reviews, I won't bother giving this guy business.

Charles is extremely rude and impossible to work with. His requests/demands are so unusual that I thought this HAD to be a rental scam. Good luck to anyone that rents from him because his attitude is TERRIBLE. I wanted to swing by the home a second time just to take a couple measurements and make sure my furniture would fit properly... before signing the lease and paying the $2600.00 security deposit. Went to an open house 3/2/21. The house itself was nice and the minor issues could have been overlooked. What could not be overlooked was rudeness of the Charles Meyer. His over all demeanor was hostile and condensending. A total turn off to potential renters. With this being our first interaction, it was a big indicator to how the year would go if we ever had questions or problems with the home. Needless to say, we will not be renting from this management group

Charles has been fantastic to rent from! He is responsive and promptly responds to any concern. If you are respectful of the property and terms of the lease, Charles will show you the same respect. We have rented a lovely condo from Premier Realty and Management Co. for over two years, and have just resigned. This is our 3rd year working with Charles at Premier Realty & Management and we highly recommend them. His team is incredibly responsive and professional, and we have never had any problems whatsoever. We know of many other landlords "and tenants" in the Denver area who use his company and everything works like clockwork. Any repairs needed are accomplished on time and without fail which makes tenants extremely happy and helps to maintain rents reasonable which in turn keeps turnover low.

We rented from Premier Realty for nearly 3 years. The home we rented was older and occasionally things would need repair but Charles was always quick to take care of any issue that arose. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Premier again if the circumstances arose.

Unrealistic ways of doing business. We looked at one home and submitted our application immediately before the midnight deadline. We were told that we put a letter in the social security number. He refused to run the application with the correct number and said we would have to wait for the next open house.
Then we applied for a different house he had open and he sent us the lease on a sunday telling us we had until the next day, monday morning, at 9 am to sign and also submit the deposit. Since this was outside of banking or business hours we asked if it could be later in the day and he refused

I wish I could give this guy(Charles Meyer) and his so-called company a negative zero. I don't understand why someone in their right frame of mind would allow him to manage ANYTHING for them. I wouldn't trust him to manage a cat. He is DISHONEST, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, A SCAM ARTIST, SLUM LORD. He will cheat you out of every penny he can steal from you. I urge anyone who considers using Premier Realty for property management services to contact me first. I made the mistake of using them for 2 years and paid them monthly fees to manage my property. In the end, I should have managed my property myself. The fees I was paying him got me rudeness and zero expertise. There is a reason Charles has an average of a 1 star review. DO NOT rent from him. Like the other reviews said, he will rip you off. He pushed my roommates and I to the point of threatening to sue. He is apathetic to tenant concerns and should not be allowed to work in this industry. The most concerning issue was when our refrigerator broke, spoiling almost ALL our food. Going on 2 years now disputing our charges. I now work for a law firm and now fully aware of the actions I can take with Charles Meyer. Seeing how this is the only paper trial, so to speak, I can leave because your email, website, and 'contact us' gives me an error code this will have to suffice. Ive rented with the company from Charles for almost 3 and a half years now. He was flexible my first year with making accommodations regarding the length of the lease and easy to deal with. Luckily i have had very few issues with the property however they have always been taken care of within 24 hours and he is always quick to respond to me through email. I just signed another year lease with him with no regrets. Seems like if you take care of what you need to as a tenant, Charles plays his part as a landlord as it should be.

My husband and I rented from here late 2015- early 2017. We always paid our rent early, only called for a code update when we moved in, and treated the home as if it were our own, the yard even looked better after our residence (I have before and after pics). I rented from Charles at Premier Realty for a year, and needless to say (by the numerous negative reviews from other "victims"), I did not enjoy my dealings with him. Charles Meyer is a horrible property manager to deal with: he is unpleasant, unresponsive, and unreasonable.

I my wife and I were tenants for 9 years in a property managed by Charles Meyer of Premier Realty & Property Management. We always paid rent on time and asked very little from him in terms of numerous issues with the dilapidated & neglected house at 4361 Vrain st. in Denver. If I could, I would rate this property manage 0 stars. Charles Meyer was very rude at the open house and didn't answer my questions. When I ask about his application process he told me to go on his website and to apply there. Any additional information should be on the website. After I had apply with a ridiculous time deadline of midnight of the same night of the open house. I received an email the following morning confirming that I had been approved to sign the lease but in the email there was a catch. I wish I had read the other extremely negative reviews on Yelp before renting an apartment from Charles Meyer. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life as I was in several interactions with him over the past year.

At one point during my lease, I had a meeting with Charles to pick up a new set of keys. Charles Meyer will put you through the ringer and drain you dry of every last dime. He isn't honest. He doesn't make time for your issues. And you will NEVER see your down deposit. This man was probably the most unprofessional person I've ever come across. Proceed renting with him with CAUTION. Document everything in WRITTEN form. NEVER take calls for him and ONLY communicate through email.

When attempting to get our down deposit back, Charles waited till the very last day as contractually obligated to serve us with an additional bill. I attempted to contact him 4 times via email

At first you might think he's a decent man, running a decent operation at a low cost, but at the end of the day, he will take more than he gives and fail to communicate with you his intentions. One of the worst management companies I have ever rented from. Charles Meyer is very unprofessional and not friendly. He is also a little "sketchy" - you will know what I'm talking about if you ever meet him.
After asking questions about subleasing he told me, "I don't get paid to respond to emails or answer questions on the phone."
If you choose to rent an apartment or house via this management company, expect to receive dissatisfying service and someone who won't give you the time of day.
