So unprofessional !!! Sheila is the worst in the office. The others don't even speak English or pretend they don't. Never have I interacted with such a terrible property management. They don't return calls, act inconvenienced when you contact them. Dance around questions and give rude responses blowing you off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The stress of dealing with a place was terrible as this is not worth it. They deserve to be out of business but unfortunately are so good at snaking money out of the clients and then pretending they don't speak English to clarify any false charges

This has to be the worst property management company in Las Vegas. Every time I had an issue with the residence all they would do is send out a family member to fix whatever issue it was. Sheila and Jo are extremely rude, everyone in that office could care less about the well-being of their tenants. When I was signing my lease I had to watch out for the lease with me I think it was the first lease because she kept stuttering and didn't know what to say next and didn't even know how to go to the paperwork. This company gets a lot of negative reviews so I though I’d share my positive experience.
I’ve been renting one of there properties for a little over a year now. I was a little apprehensive because of the reviews but I’m pleasantly surprised.
The house was cleaned before we moved in, the property management team is very nice (especially Henry) Anytime I have an issue, they respond to me immediately and it’s fixed with in the same day. They have a tenant portal that makes it easy to pay rent and make maintenance request.
Overall it’s a very nice and professional company to rent from

This business needs to be shut down! I went in to apply for a property and was told it has been approved with an application already. I text hours later about it and was told how to apply. From my thoughts it seems as if they are racist!!! The office smells! And it's packed and looks dirty. Took for me going down there to get a response. And then finally a text I sent out from a different number DAYS later. Shut down shop and do something you are actually good/passionate about!

My family lived at one of their properties and had a terrible time due to the fact that the home was severely infested with roaches...huge ones, coming out of the sink, through the cracks in the floor, everywhere. We couldn't have guests out of fear of embarrassment. The pipes were terrible, leaving us to only be able to use 1 toilet in a 2.5 bath home.
When we would constantly call, they would either not reply, or send someone who we couldn't communicate with due to a language barrier, who would then tell us what we already knew because that is why we called.

Oh my goodness. I can't even express my frustration. I called several times to inquire about a rental. Was told the agent was unable to answer my question and that they would call me back when the broker was in the office. 3 hours later called again and the reception could not understand my question and I asked if I could speak with some one else so I could ask. She said " why?, I can help you". I told her she couldn't because she was unable to answer my questions and asked again If I could speak with some one else. She sighed twice and just forwarded me to someone else. Nothing

I have moved into a home managed by All Vegas Properties. I have been here one week and so far, we have no dishwasher to use because it leaks on the floor, no stove because it doesn't heat up and full of cockroaches, an infestation of cockroaches, the carpets were not swept let alone shampooed when I was told they would be, we replaced almost every light bulb, the house was dirty, the landscaping is a mess, the lights in the closet and laundry room do not work, the door bell is even unhooked. I am told the "maintenance guy" will come or the "appliance guy". No names, no credentials I have no idea

Don't do business with them. We unfortunately signed a one year contract since March therefore we have to make it for another 3-4 months. Ever since moving in, we come across at least 1 problem a month. To name a few; A/C wasn't working during the summer, dishwasher flooded nasty water that stunk the entire house, several bursted pipes. They take days to get back to you, even longer than a week to actually send a technician to fix the problem(s).

If I could write a review with NO STAR, I would. This office is garbage. The employees there are rude on the phone, they don't EVER call back when they say they will and I have never seen a business with less empathy for someone with a problem on their property. I have had a broken washer in my house for 4 days and it is making my house smell like sewage. They've known about it and all they did was send a tech out here, just to tell me the washer was broken (which I already knew) and that was after calling them for 2 days straight. This property management team actually allows infested houses or apartments to be rented out. They do nothing to help your problems, but instead blame others and give us the run around. They have been bankrupt before then opened the business under a new name and owner. They are unsympathetic about sticking us in a 1 year lease in a roach infested house. Do your family a favor and do not go through these people. Find honest people who care for your health and safety.

Called this agency regarding a property they had available for rent. Set up an appointment to meet with their rep at the property to take a tour. They never showed. After I got home I called to find out why. They told me they would have the rep call me and she never did. I was also told that someone had put in an application to rent the place.

Horrible!!! these people just want your money and do not care about helping you. They are unprofessional and find ways to cut costs to keep money in their pocket. Do not use this company! I am currently in situation where they screwed me with my security deposit. When I spoke with Jo over the phone she told me that I need to submit my disagreement in writing but gave me no other info as to whom I am sending the letter to. I will be taking legal action if I do not get my $740 back!

Extreme disorganization, poor communication, lies- that's what I've dealt with going through this company. No one speaks English well, and they did not seem to think it was a problem that i moved into a FILTHY house with no air conditioning in the middle of summer in Las Vegas. Before I signed the lease I asked if the AC worked and was told it did... They advertised a hot tub in the pictures and description, WHICH DOESNT WORK. My family owns some properties in Las Vegas and asked this company to help us manage the property. It has been a terrible experience with this company. They are disorganized, can't find anything, lost keys, and have bad tenant relationships.
They simply take their cut of the rent every month and does very little. The tenants were disgruntled and causing us to lose more $. They hired a cleaning company to clean the property, I went to visit just to check on them and found the place was not cleaned at all, and it was some weird family with 3 children that was doing the cleaning, the children

This has been, without a doubt, the worst company to rent from. When I moved in (pictures to follow) it was dirty, greasy, and there were dead bugs everywhere. When someone came to 'Clean' the house before move in, I was informed that Jo (one of the office managers) told the cleaning guy to "Lightly wipe counters and mirrors down". For this, she paid him $40. My cleaning deposit was $350, but this fine gentleman earned $40 for his hard work.

I strongly urge every potential renter to be extremely wary of this place. They only want your money & care nothing about the subpar homes they rent nor their tenants. This property manager, specifically Jo, is also very shady & has poor communication with her tenants. She will make promises to shut up the tenants then never follow through with anything. We left 4 messages in 8 days & none of our calls were returned, extremely unprofessional. We were then surprised with a 5 day or quit notice AFTER we gave notice that we were vacating the home.
