Orange Realty is a stellar company in Las Vegas. They’re a local company, and owner/operator, which results in the best service (imo). I know the Mattsons personally, and behind closed doors they care about their business, staff, and customers. They go to conferences to learn the latest technologies and best practices. Orange Realty indeed deserves to be on the top of theirfield. Their team is very responsible, reliable, and customer-friendly. What impressed me the most was their process for choosing the tenant for my house. My mom originally managed her rental properties herself for several years and we ended up evicting the tenant who didn’t pay rent for a long time. I just hired Orange Realty Group to manage my property. The team have been great to work with from day one. I like their approach to maximize my rent and they placed a very qualified tenant within 2 weeks. Jason the owner of Orange Realty Group helped me buy and sell several investment properties over the years and they have generated very good returns. As an owner not being physically in Las Vegas, I am very glad we hired Orange Realty to manage my rental properties. My property manager Carlos gives me update regularly and we have established a very good relationship.
