Avoid this business at any cost!!! They will take a good advantage of your security deposit!!!
Steve seem to be a nice guy, but trust me, he is NOT. Like the other review said, “CAR SALESMAN” is a perfect word. They will act nice to lure you in, once you are in, good luck getting your money back from them.
They won’t do a joint move-out inspection. Instead, they will ask you to drop off the keys and send their people checking the property at another day and time. This made you to agree on whatever they say was broken, because you won’t be there to confront them when they do the inspection

Oh man. The reviews speak for themselves. Run, don’t walk away from this place. Like others have stated, they’re decent until you need to move out. Then they’ll charge you for things you have evidence were pre-existing. Moved into a place where a bunch of stuff was dirty/broken/missing. Notated everything in my move-in form as well as via email. Had pictures that documented everything. Definitely did my due diligence. And was still charged when I moved out. Scammers. Listen to the reviews and choose a more reputable business. They’re going to take your deposit for things you have evidence

Have rented for 7 years from Total. Was a great neighborhood. For health reasons just moved to a 1 story house. Liked the staff that we met. Was impressed from the first with the way we were treated. Issues with house or grounds were responded to promptly. No complaints at all with management. Were always treated with courtesy and respect. Thank you Total for a nice home in a nice neighborhood with very nice neighbors who were sorry to see us leave.

Do not apply here unless you have great credit!! We applied, they never ran our credit and wont refund the application fee that is paid to run credit!! Horrible customer service. The lady i spoke to yelled at me saying she was on vacation and doesn't know what's going on! Stay away!! I can only imagine how you're treated as a tenant!!

This real estate company is a joke and just wants your money. They don’t disclose all actual requirements on their site. Don’t do it. It’s not worth it to even consider them. There are thousands of other realty companies in town that are actually honest. Wait for the next listing!! I’ve never dealt with someone less professional than Kristal Nguyen.

The owner Steve ripped us off for half of our security deposit. Out of $1,600, we got back a little more than half. Most of the security deposit that they kept was for “touch up paint” for normal wear & tear parts of the walls. Most of these scratches on the walls had already been there when my roommate and I moved in. On top of that, there was cat litter and hair in the laundry room that we had to clean out ourselves. I also purchased brand new air filters, installed them, and cleaned the grates. They charged us for an air filter anyway. Another $300 was taken for lawn maintenance, although
