Established in 2006, Nevada's Finest Properties, LLC was by created by Amy and Mike Groves. Amy and Mike are entrepreneurs who are extremely passionate about all of the elements real estate has to offer. Over the years, the company has incorporated homeowners association management services, property management services for investors and even do two trade shows every year!
It is our goal to bring new vendors and new customers together. The HOA industry is very dynamic and there are some great people working within it. This trade show will include lawyers, insurance agents, landscapers, management companies, plumbers, emergency services, security, contractors and so many more.

Personally I’ve never had an issue this HOA. There was an issue with a misunderstanding and Amy was kind enough to help me and give me some resources. It was never Meant to give them a 2 ⭐️ I’m a true believer though that things happen for a reason!

I spoke to Amy today who was able to explain her role with the HOA, and how the rights to govern a community has literally been stripped from the HOA. As home owners we bought in these communities so our investments can be protected, yet they can't protect the community when our committee tells them no. The committee consists of homeowners that deny and tie the hands of the HOA.
The HOA can only push homeowners so far to get them to correct violations. We are too quick to blame the HOA for the way our communities look but the blame goes the the homeowners who don't care and don't keep their areas

They let a tow company come and troll the property to look for cars knowing the tow company gets commission for each car. They told me as long as my car was under my car port that the tow company couldn’t touch it and twice my car was towed and my neighbors car was towed who has a disability and couldn’t do anything to stop them. I made sure to take pics of it happening too. How they are still in business is a miracle.

I have been an owner for 11 years, and live on the east coast. I have paid in advance 6 months to a year and there is always a problem with my balance at the end of the year. One of the worst property management agencies I've come across. They've lost my HOA payments multiple times and if it wasn't for me having receipts from paying my dues in person I would probably have gotten double charged and fined.

Do NOT RECOMMEND this management Company!!! Nothing crucial to our community is a priority. Lets see how having NO WATER (due to a main pipe breaking which was SERIOUS and gushing for at LEAST 8 HRS.), NOW property has NO WATER, NO IDEA WHEN WE WILL HAVE WATER), AND NO EMERGENCY CONTACT #???? THIS IS VERY UN ACCEPTABLE!!! Hope you Amy Groves/Cox… are having a SPECTACULAR, WATER FILLED, TOILET FLUSHING, SHOWER, LABOR DAY!! YOU are a piece of work. And have no concern for the people and properties that you represent. Like you said, I REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT THIS!!! You are a joke!

There should be a negative star,because 1 star is still high for this HOA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT , worse of all HOA’s i don’t understand why we even have HOA ‘s if we’re the ones whose gota manage everything what are the FEES for ?? we’re paying them to give us violations which they should hire some company to do the work. they are suppose to be resposible for tree trimming and bushes...that where the fees suppose to go for ...not for taking pictures..!!

I've been working with Amy for 2 years. She is a top notch HOA industry professional and has provided countless amounts of valuable experience and guidance in the daily operations of our community. I agree that this company is collecting money and providing nothing in return. Unresponsive, unprofessional, and unwilling to enforce any of the CC&R's as they are too lazy and scared. Amy has no backbone and is not cut out for this type of work. Try supporting those who follow the rules instead of those who violate them and degrade the neighborhood. I know it takes more effort, but that is your JOB.

They've managed our community for almost 4 years. The neighborhood is always taken care of, any problems are addressed quickly, and office people are always friendly and helpful. Our previous management company hardly ever answered the phone, took weeks to respond to problems, refused to maintain regular business hours, and allowed our board of directors to spend whatever they wanted however they wanted - even personal expenses which is illegal. Trust me, NFP is gold.

I AM VERY MUCH NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY AND BROKER AMY GROVES.
I have been trying to buy a property from Amy Groves (for myself) and have found a standard procedure of breaking promises, failure to properly communicate and generally lazy behavior. This company's incompetence and lack of good faith has caused a significant delay in closing the deal, causing a negative ripple effect on people I care for very much.
Just using the last two days as example, yesterday I emailed Amy Groves three times, beginning at noon, asking her to post a 24 hr notice of inspection, so I could see the property

Our community (Nevada Ranch-High Noon) has a drug rehabilitation center in it. The police are regulars to stop the violence there. They are filthy and have little regard for the neighborhood. It has to be a serious zoning violation.
