Spoke to a manager named Diana who lacked empathy and understanding when I brought a potential mold issue in my apartment to her attention. I had to interrupt her to ask her why she was raising her voice at me when I was showing her pictures and was visibly emotional. Instead of being pragmatic she was defensive and not someone who should be in the role with tenants needing assistance.

After living here for a mere year and a half I can confidently say this complex is awful and I will NOT be renewing my lease. The constant maintenance issues in my apartment along with the complex in it’s entirety is reason enough to not live here. In addition to the maintenance issues, the staff working at the leasing office is terrible at responding to requests. Frequently they will issue a message regarding the fact that tenants can call and they will be happy to answer questions or concerns. Not once have I actually talked to am employee that is in the office at my complex when calling that

Building #50 in Framingham is infested with mice and roaches! Before I moved in I even asked about the mice and roaches because of the reviews of course the leasing office team denied it and I moved in.
The management team was very nice but no matter how many times they came to exterminate and set up sticky traps the problem didn't change. You have to pay for water , sewer and parking and the mail room where you receive packages. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here!

I called the leasing office and Katheleen got a quick return to my call. She was very kind and gave us all the attention. My fiancé and I showed up with our working clothes and she treated us with a lot of respect , without any discrimination, I felt very welcome by her. She was very truly, extremely pleased to help us with every step of the way, we couldn't be happier. Thank you katheleen for the great work you've done! Now we can call Bayberry Hills Estates Apartments our home

First of all, there is NOOO way our apartment was clean upon moving in. I got a stomach bug the first night we were here and when my bf went to clorox all the surfaces, no joke EVERYTHING was yellow. Assuming everything was just marked up w roach fecal matter and pee, which was unpleasant to say the least.
We moved in around August and still have roaches, every treatment seems to be the same thing over and over again and we just keep seeing bugs, spite the fact that we have everything in sealed containers. CHECK BEHIND YOUR FRIDGES bc it seemed to be a hot spot for them, and we had the pleasure

Mice and roaches (#2 and 3 most common term among reviews) have required dozens of hours of home-made pest-control but is mostly under control now. In contrast, moldy washing machines remain a problem everywhere and paying high prices feels like a comparative insult.
Sept 2021 update: I noticed the water has a fairly noticeable yellow hue where running the water even for a few minutes doesn't get rid of it. The lifespan on my expensive water filters is about 1/3 the expected value from manufacturer and last 4 places I lived. However, I can't say if this is endemic to the city, or specific to apartment

I lived at Bayberry Hill Estates for 13 years. Over that time I saw the management of the property continuously go down hill. Every employee passed the buck to another. Being a loyal tenant for all those years didn’t benefit me one bit. I’ve moved out of town. When I went to return my keys the property manager told me I needed to give them to maintenance. Their office had already closed. She wouldn’t even take the keys for me and told me I would be charged a fee for not turning them in when I moved out, something I had never been told about! The manager, Katia McCarthy, if she is the one

I am currently 8 months pregnant and was so nervous about our big move but the staff at Bayberry Hill Estates were so pleasant and made our move so easy! Our Newton Premier apartment is absolutely beautiful and offers so much closet space for storage. The grounds are always so nicely maintained and I am pleasantly surprised that no matter what time of day it is, it’s always very peaceful inside our apartment and while we’re outdoors on our patio! All you can hear is birds tweeting. It’s such a lovely place to live! I highly recommend to anyone considering moving here!

Now on top of all those guys are a bunch of thieves. I got a very important letter from immigration one day after I moved out cuz my lease was up and when I went there to get the letter that piece of trash who calls herself a manager (Katia) out of nowhere told us that we owed them almost 5.000 and wouldn’t give me my letter. Every person I’ve known who lived there had the same issue. After you move out they will charge you enormous amounts for some thing that not even them can explain. If you wanna get robbed I would definitely recommend you move into this place.
