Considering that there isn’t an option to give it 0 star I’m obligated to give it a 1 star. Worst decision I’ve ever made was moving to this place and so will yours be if you move here. If you want to live with mice all the time, if you want to have issues with washer and dryer and lack of maintenance around the building… well than this is the place for you! If you’re looking for a nice place to call “home” don’t move here.

If you are thinking about moving to this place, don’t do it! I’m totally frustrated and disappointed since I made this choice. We’re having problems with mice and bugs and nobody does anything. Washing machines broken every week! Lack of hygiene. Horrible maintenance.

Given the price, this really is a wonderful apartment complex. You may not be living in luxury, but you will have hardwood floors, a comfortably sized unit, pool access, and a huge balcony. We did tons of apartment hunting before choosing Georgetown and I really don’t think you could find a better place for the same price in the area. Management is nice and helpful, the location is convenient, and any downsides we’ve encountered are things to be expected in this price range.

My boyfriend and I moved into Georgetown Apartments at the beginning of March. Prior to our move-in day we were told multiple times it would be ok for us move in a day early. But, when we arrived that day with a moving truck and all our belongings we were told that it was a mistake and we couldn't move that day. We had to spend an extra hour and a half getting everything straightened out before we could start moving which made for a stressful move-in day. However, since then we have enjoyed the community and love our unit! We have plenty of space and got exactly what we were looking for when we

I am very satisfied with the location of this apartment. There is whole food and Trader Joe just across the street. With a vehicle, I can get to all the stores such as walmart and bestbuy within 10 minutes. I do not like living in a big city, here is more quiet and peaceful. And the verizon fios is available here. With a high way next to the apartment, I can easily get to Boston City. The room is big and clean. And it will be better if they can make the floor of bathroom other material instead of wood.

We’ve been living at Georgetown Granada for about 3 years. I’m going to be very blunt and honest in this review. (Three stars is being generous)
PROS
-the maintenance team is incredible! If you put in a request they literally come the next day to come fix anything! They’ve unclogged toilets for us , replaced AC, gave us new locks and thermostats, fixed a power outage problem, replaced blinds, fixed leaky sinks and more. Also they’re so so nice and understanding!!!! 10/10
- the luxer one package system in the mail room is great
-there’s free doggie bags outside
-gym amenity in the

Do not bother with Georgetown apartments if:
A. You are single
B. You have a secure job, ex. You work for that state
C. Your income is 3x the rent
Unless you have a credit score up to par. Do not waste your time. Even if you are willing to put down a sizeable security deposit.
Apparently they place more of an emphasis on credit despite the fact that a percentage of people rent because they do not have perfect credit.
Plenty of other properties in the area are just as nice, if not nicer and will rent to you. You may have to place extra for a security deposit but it is worth it.

I have lived here for over a year, and up until recently I had no complaints. Over the past 2 months though, I became aware of a cockroach infestation at the Georgetown 2 apartments. They started to come in through my kitchen and bathroom, and only minimal steps were taken to deal with this. There is no feasible reason that anyone should pay what is being charged to spend their days killing roaches.
On top of this, most of the amenities have been closed/limited due to covid, but the cost of rent has INCREASED in spite of this.
Don't rent here.

GeorgeTown is a great apartment in a great area. A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need, in walking distance. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants.

Georgetown is a good place to live. There are at least 4 food/grocery markets in a walking-distance. And it locates right besides Route 9. Very Convenient!
The apartment maintenance team are pretty good. Whenever I submit a request. They response and fix in 24hr. Though I suffered a leaking problem in my bathroom. The renovated the ceiling totally in the second day.
I can tell that they are trying to make the apartment's environment better. They are renovating the garage and the plaza.
Overall, I think Georgetown is a good apartment. The neighbors are nice also.
