Yesterday was my first session with a different therapist since the first one I had left the facility. My first session was with Edward Falsey. I felt extremely nervous as I tried to explain my problems the best that I could and he was quick to make rude commentary. As I tried to express and explain my problems he was quick to invalidate my feelings and at certain times I felt that he was making fun of me and ridiculing me. He's an ill mannered person. I felt insecure after this session and cried. I ended up changing therapist hopefully this works.

Well I’ve never been, but I’m looking up reviews and they’re so bad. It says this place just wants money and the majority of the reviews are calling them everything from scammers to thieves. Maybe the therapists here should think of branching out elsewhere because this place doesn’t seem like it will do too well. Im looking for mental health help and god forbid I see $45 charge for a cancellation my mental health would decline.

The receptionist was very rude. This was my third time calling & asking simple questions to set up myself for services. I was told now that they do not accept my insurance after I was told they did. The first time she was putting in my insurance information incorrect. When I asked her to check something, instead of placing me on a brief hold she proceeded to do a long sigh in my ear as if I was annoying her. It's just sad because she could really discourage someone who was trying to seek the true mental health that they need. I will NOT be calling back to set up services. I will instead take my

I have been going there for about a month. The 2 ladies that sit up front are very nice and accommodating. I called them and with in 30 minutes she called me back and got me an appointment the same day I believe both of these ladies go above and beyond their job or just a receptionist they truly care about the clients that walk in there. The counselor that I work with is also very nice and understands that I’m going through and helps the best she knows how. I would give them 10 stars if I could. And they work well under pressure as I have seen first hand. Thank you again ladies. Your the best
