Finding real solutions for everyday living. One on one therapy can be beneficial for adults and adolescents who need to work through specific issues. It offers a private, confidential, safe outlet for self-discovery. However, in cases of marriage and family problems, it is often beneficial to include family members in the therapy process. Group, family and couples sessions are available in addition to individual therapy.

Since I have over 30 + years of experience, the modality I utilize varies per situation. In addition, I am experienced in assisting folks with alcohol & substance abuse problems since 1987.
An addiction is a chronic disorder in which an individual is blinded by a substance, or engages in an activity, that gives them an immense amount of pleasure but has become detrimental to their everyday life. Compulsive behaviors and addictions can temporarily provide confidence, control, validation or other emotions lacking in one's life, but the behavior may not stop until the root of the problem is addressed.
Factors of everyday life can put an abundant strain on a relationship. Severe stressors may include resentment, infidelity, intimacy issues, lack of trust, and miscommunication. When problems go unresolved, or a partner is suffering from mental illness or health complications, one can feel helpless or have feelings of guilt or shame.
