Services
Dragonfly teaches us to see through the illusions that are limiting, review and release them. Dragonfly also brings messages that inspire our connection to the truth and wisdom found within. Whether speaking of an individual or a family or a community, I think of Dragonfly as a symbol for change and a reminder of what is possible.
Stress and anxiety can seem to be a way of life for many of us. Pressures come at us from everywhere and take a toll on our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a powerful antidote to the negative effects of stress, and supports your body's ability to heal and restore balance.
Medication alone cannot solve all issues. What medication does is treat the symptoms. Our work together is designed to explore the root of the issue, dig deep into your behavior and teach strategies that can help you accomplish your personal and/or relational goals. Medication can be effective and is sometimes needed in conjunction with therapy, though it is not a service I can provide.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?.

I have always found her to be nothing less than professional and honest. She is willing to work with her clients in a variety of situations to help them in what ever way she can, within the guidelines of her profession. Susan is not one of those therapists who just sits there, listens and nods their head...she
