Tom is a great home inspector. He did an awesome job accommodating to my schedule and was very professional. I would highly recommend Tom do your next home inspection. He will provide a printed preliminary inspection report and will follow up next day with a full pdf emailed report. He takes time to answer questions and has good recommendations to possible solutions.
