Pet Policy: We have a 'No Pet' policy, however, small caged birds and small fish tanks are permitted. Our offices are now open! However, in order to keep everyone safe at this time, masks are still required when entering. I like to leave reviews after i’ve been In a place long enough to live here. I do enjoy living here maintaining is kept up grass always cut. any problems are fix right away (not many do you really have) people around us are fairly friendly. not much noise. I will say living on the first floor you do hear your upstairs neighbors but it’s an apartment what can you expect. all and all a really good place to live. they also always update you if anything going on in the apartment complex!

I live at Kings landing apartments is suffolk Virginia. May I say how happy😀 and most of all so very pleased to live here, it is a home for me.It all starts from the top at the rental office Ms Amanda what a Great person ,This is the second time moving back to Kings landing , it was raining the day I came to Kings landing out side ,but Ms.Amanda made it feel like SUNSHINE in side, her kindness, her patience as getting my paper work ready, She is the BEST. If you want your personal business to be spread by staff to other tenants, be wrongly accused, harassed, and evicted for an ASSUMPTION, have absolutely NO say in a place you pay rent for, this is the place for you! The landlord is HORRIBLE. This is the WORST experience for a first apartment for a young couple with a 2 year old child I work 8-12 hours 6-7 days a week to hold this place over our head. It is not worth your money or time. Many people warned me about this place and I was naive to think this was the place for us.
