There's absolutely no parking. And obviously it's not all residents because most people wait for the gate to open to drive in after you. I'm stuck with a toddler walking a lot over and because of my schedule it's late... The reserve spots are used when needed or you can catch them in another spot.... Sick of it and I'm only here 3 days a week

Nice community! The biggest issue is, the leasing office just moves anyone in! My husband and I just renewed our lease for another year! We pay extremely too much money to live out here for them to move a family on the 3rd floor with children! It’s not fair to the other residence to hear loud stomping & banging etc. When you reach out to the office they always states “they will contact the residents”. But the noise never stop! ! We are considering breaking the lease and pay to leave because this is just NOT FAIR! When moving new residence in THINK about the current residence that will be

I lived here for about a year in that time I had a wonderful experience any questions I had about leasing agreements or any maintenance was always handled in a timely manner. The apartment is in a good location lots of restaurants and fun places around the complex but not too close to cause traffic or anything.

I placed my home of 10 years on the market for sale in August and it sold in one day. I reached out to the staff at Clairmont for temporary housing and they wasted no time accommodating my request. My mother who lives with me is handicap and could not climb steps beyond the 1st floor, the staff was mindful of this went above and beyond to make sure she did not have to be challenged with steps. I am beyond grateful for the diligence and professionalism displayed by the staff. Keep up the good work ladies!

Do not move into this community! The management staff has been completely unfair & unreasonable with request to transfer to other units in the community over the last year. They have failed to follow up multiple times even with written request. I would recommend renting at 216 Park!. It's in a nicer area & in closer proximity to grocery stores & resturants.
