This place is falling apart with roaches and leaks and management seems to place blame on their tenants instead of renovating the complex. Every so often pest control comes and “sprays” but that hasn’t eliminated the issue I’m so upset about this because i should’ve known when I was told” just remember pests don’t come from here ppl bring them here” from the leasing lady that this place could have pest issues. This is excessive. Management is helpful when it comes to fixing other issues and I’ve never had a bad customer service experience I just wish I would’ve known about the

We have been waiting for our unit since beginning of April. As of yesterday June 25...I decided this is it! ERICA the little girl in the office is down right RUDE. The only reason we received our money back, is because I had to contact the management in Florida. I will not allow anybody to talk to my husband or myself the way she did. It took all of me not to drag her over the desk. She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS @ all. I couldn't imagine dealing with her for the next 12 mths. She is not worthy to deal with the public at all. Thank you Ms Debby (management) for assisting us. GOOD LUCK IF YOU

If I could give this place no stars I would. The management is rude and this place is money hungry. They required me to put down a deposit for an apartment they knew was not going to be ready for my move in date. Then didn’t tell me about the place not being ready until three days before my move in date. I was stuck in position to either being homeless or having to give my current landlord their money in order for me and children to stay. They bs you after they get your money and soon as you ask for your refund they want to go by policy rules and run arounds. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to

If I could give this place no stars I would! The management is awful. I am currently moving from here, my door has been broken (if someone wanted to kick it down they could) my car was broken into and they just seemed to not care at all! I have paid my rent on time and they last month I had hard times due to moving and received a rather hateful call from management, stating just cause my door was broke didn't mean I didn't owe them which is true but do not be rude and by the way when is the door going to be fixed????? My toilet was broken running water out from the base of the commode running into
