The trash valet is better than it was the first six months. My trash would be left for days at a time. That’s a mandatory amenity. Then the maintenance crew do very little besides ride around in golf carts. When I needed my hot water heater turned up I had to sign a waiver. Then the maintenance guy put his tool bag on my kitchen counter. The water pressure is so low you can’t even rinse a dish or take a decent shower. The elevator has been broke for over two weeks. They pressure washed the decks two weeks ago and flooded my apartment and I was unaware and slipped and fell. Hit my head on the

This apartment is amazing and far enough away from the city but close enough to still have things to do. Amazing buildings and layouts. But whoever decided to get Telcom should not have a job. Thankfully, in the next couple days I can switch over and change it to spectrum at 300Mbps instead of 30. But why. In the 21st century did someone make this decision and think 30 was enough.

Great place to live especially starting out, or just in general. My husband and I have lived here for three years and just purchased a home. Management is awesome Bernard please keep doing what you’re doing, you’re awesome and have led Meridian Obici to great things! Its hard leaving when there’s such a great management team that cares genuinely about your living environment and any concerns that you have they are addressed immediately.
