This is for the property of Avenue on Yale Street in respect to the office management.Very poor and disrespectful Please look into this because I’ve been a tenant for 4 months now & I have experience a very unpleasant experience. I don’t believe anyone knows what’s been going on Most people won’t know or say anything here & needs to be confronted. Hope things change with this new company owners.

I live at one of the properties SWA manages and the grass hasn't been cut in almost 3 weeks. The trash is overflowing our dumpster because they placed a larger dumpster in front of it, that is also overflowing with trash now, so the regular trash truck cannot get in to dump our regular dumpster. There is also no power to the laundry room or boiler rooms so we can't do laundry and only have cold water. I've tried calling but the number is disconnected and I've emailed and no one responds.

I had the good fortune of working with this team on a project and was very impressed with how they improved the standard of living of all residents by proactively making improvements to their property that accomplished this.
