I spent years in the Army and I've never seen results like the results I've gotten in the 3 short months working out at Joe Grasso Elite Training. I can honestly say Im in much better shape now than I was while I was in the service.
Joe and his staff really get to know you and your body and will create a specific training program depending on your specific goals whether it be to lose weight, tone up, or look like Michelle B Jordan from Creed 2.

Joe and Vanessa are awesome! My husband and I have gone to Joe’s gym for approximately 6 months now... we go roughly 2x a week, and I can honestly say that we are definitely stronger and more fit than before! We strongly recommend this place! Joes techniques provide real results and his customer comes first attitude makes his gym a comfortable gym to work out at!

Joe and his team are remarkable, and this gym truly provides it all - knowledgeable staff, customized workouts, practical nutritional advice, the best commercial machines I have ever seen - but most importantly, real results. After 5 months, my total body weight is down 14 lbs - while adding lbs of muscle and dropping lbs of fat. Thanks to Joe and his team, I am now stronger and healthier at 50 than I was in my 30's and 40's - and they personalized exercises to strengthen my bad knees without re-injuring them!

Fantastic gym and trainers. I started here after a shoulder injury. Joe and Vanessa improved stability and strength of the shoulder within a few weeks. After 1 year of training 3 to 4 times per week I lost 20lbs of fat and gained 14lbs muscle. Joe and his trainers are very results focused and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this facility.

Joe and Vanessa are the best! I came to them after multiple failed attempts, and 60 days later I'm in the best shape I have ever been in, looking better than I've ever looked, and feeling great. I couldn't have done it without their guidance and support. They made the experience fun and every time I went in, I knew I'd work hard, but they made it feel easy. I'm thankful to them both; they took the gym experience to a new level for me. Something I used to despise, I really enjoy because of them. Thank you for everything!

Joe and rest of the trainers are simply amazing!! I loved the output for the amount of input I had put in.
Results: I took a package of 15 visits and lost a couple of inches from waist and seven pounds in just 2 months. I used to go two to three times a week.
Process: Each session is one hour long in which you warm up and then do training with one of the trainers. What I learnt is how to achieve results smart and not the hard way. Joey and the team focused on increasing my metabolism and strength for achieving the results. The trainers at Joey makes sure that you are doing the right excercices

I just finished a summer training at Joe Grasso's Elite Training in Santa Clara. The results have been incredible! I have improved my overall strength, agility, flexibility, and my body fat percentage has dropped significantly! As a college athlete myself, I highly recommend Joe to any athletes who want to significantly improve their competitive edge. It was well worth the time and money spent. I heard he was the best in the business, and now I'm a believer!

Joe Grasso and his team of trainers are phenomenal! I am a college student and I went to Joe for 2 months over the summer before I left for college again. I am also an athlete myself and my results were incredible for just 2 months. His techniques will completely transform your body and you will also learn about nutrition and proper training methods.
