Hi, my name is Anthony D'Onofrio and I am a Master Trainer in the San Jose, Ca. I specialize in fat loss, building muscle, strength and endurance, contest prep, and corrective exercise. I've had a lot of success with clients that have had previous injuries or health conditions: Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, High blood pressure, Anxiety, Depression, Fractured Tibia, Broken Femur, Knee replacements, Hip replacements, etc.

I have even helped my clients reduce and in some cases eliminate their prescription medication use. I have been in the fitness industry for 5+ years now so I've seen and heard it all. I've worked with people of all ages and walks of life. I have a background in sports which include Track & Field, Football, Basketball, Soccer, and Bodybuilding.

I honestly could not have asked for a better trainer than Anthony! I'm so thankful for him, and his tough love. He not only ensured I was meeting my goals consistently, but would also check in on my well-being and motivation. He goes above and beyond for his clients and genuinely cares about them and their progress. Leaving the area, I felt confident in setting/meeting my own goals, knowing that he had provided me the skills to succeed on my own... and the reminder to hit it hard. You won't be disappointed!

Anthony really helped me when I needed not just a trainer but a patient coach and friend. There were times when I was stressed from work or life and helped keep me on task and working on my personal goals without being pushy or forcing future sessions. I really appreciate him.

Anthony was a god sent! I was having a tough time finding a personal trainer who knows what they are doing after an ankle injury, post physical therapy period. I was very impressed with Anthony at his initial consultation and decided to go with him. He asked a lot of in depth questions relating to the client's goals and motivations, and he understood biomechanics and how to help people get back their physical strength and balance after injuries very well.

I've always been an active person from snowboarding, wake boarding, riding motorcycles on the street and in the dirt but I'd never been in the gym. My wife had been training with Anthony for sometime and always reminding me that it was a lifestyle change that I needed to make. Anthony helped me learn to not only work out properly but also take care of my body before and after my workouts by teaching proper stretching and rolling techniques that have literally changed my life. I spent a year with him and it has propelled me to stay in the gym and work out on my own now and feel better

Anthony is a fantastic trainer! He's very knowledgeable, professional, and cares about his clients. He takes his work very seriously and is determined to improve your fitness while at the same time being careful to help you avoid injury by using the correct technique (very important as you get older!). I worked with Anthony for about a year and I would have to say his knowledge of different exercises and techniques is as good you'll find. He's also an excellent motivator which is key to improving your fitness. If you're looking for a trainer, you'll be completely satisfied

I've had on-again, off-again relationship with gyms and workouts in the past with self-learning routines for the most part (online forums, youtube videos, you get the idea). I had always thought about having a personal trainer as I was finding it hard to keep a goal based routine and more importantly for me, making sure I keep the right form while doing the exercises. Also, hiring a personal trainer meant making an non-trivial investment.

Anthony is the first personal trainer I worked with and within a couple of months, can already see and feel the improvements. He listened and understood

Anthony is the best personal trainer I have ever had. He helped me reach my goals and took our time together very seriously. I was about 160 lbs when I came to see Anthony and about 14% body fat with the flexibility and core of a 90 year old man. Within a few months I was up to 175 lbs with 11% body fat and was able to touch my toes for the first time since middle school. We did biweekly measurements to make sure I was gaining muscle in the right areas and even helped with my nutrition.

I LOVE having Anthony as a personal trainer. I came to him knowing nothing about fitness or health. I think all my athletic leggings were purely used for fashion.

Working with Anthony really solidified my foundation. He focused on educating me on right form, what muscles I should feel contracting, and personalized every workout to fit my fitness goals/needs. Within the first month I saw improvements to my build and strength. Anthony was my personal trainer for nearly a year - the longest I've worked with a personal trainer.

He helped me lose body fat and established expectations. The workout was personalized to my needs, which changed every month, and I saw drastic improvements!

Even after moving away, I still apply the same principles when I workout.

Anthony is a great instructor and knows your strengths and weaknesses. He pushes you just enough to get you the results. He also makes workouts fun. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal instructor.

After 3 or 4 years of previous training, I went to Anthony for some help.

2 months later, my girlfriend has been constantly remarking on my sudden improvements.

Since training with Anthony, I've been injury free and increased my strength, all while reducing my time spent in the gym.

He's friendly, knowledgeable, and great at focusing on the critical priorities, all customized for my specific goals.
