Welcome to FitFly Fitness, provider of quality personal training solutions in the San Francisco Bay Area. My mission is to deliver results-oriented fitness solutions to all levels of the clients. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, i will provide a complete fitness solution that will suit your needs.

I offer a variety of training solutions, such as one-on-one training, small group training, in-home training (i will bring the equipment to you!), or group/corporate training (6-20 people). All programs will be tailored to each client. You will be given all the tools that will enable you to reach your goals.
Services
If you are someone who needs motivation to work out, John is the trainer for you. He pushes you to get the best out of you. He makes the workouts fun and does so much in a short amount of time. He mixes basics and new workouts that keep your body guessing and are very effective. If you have been out of the gym for a while, want to start a new regiment, or have hit a plateau, I highly recommend john as your trainer.

I and my husband reached out to John for personal training. I spoke to couple of trainers and John truly came across as someone who knew what he was talking about, flexible and honest. So we chose him and had 3 months of personal training. I wanted to reduce my weight a bit and My husband had back pain. John was very helpful with our goals. He didn't push us too much on food initially but when I gave him feedback about how I felt am doing towards my goals, he was quick to course correct and got me down 12 pounds in 2 months . John is a great trainer ! He is very patient and knows what he is doing. I have been training since May this year and have lost almost 30 lbs so far. I had zero motivation before I started training with him, he puts up with all my whining and cribbing every week (seriously!) and pushes me to do better ! He is very flexible with timings, which works great if you have to juggle work and working out. He is very friendly and professional ! Highly recommended if you want to start changing your lifestyle in a good direction :)

I started seeing John about a year ago. I never would've been able to make this kind of progress on my own. I am 35 pounds lighter this year than last. John is always friendly and has a flexible schedule. I am kind of a wuss so he pushes me that extra I would never do on my own. He puts up with my whining and complaining as I learn to embrace the burn rather than avoiding it.

I just have to tell you all about Fit Fly trainer John. John did me many wonders and I never been so please with my results. Due to very difficulties of losing weight on my own I turn to John who has work my body in ways I never thought could possible. His professionalism and flexibility fits my needs very very well. Whether I need him in the mornings or nights Johns hours are right and he never fails the call of duty. I like to work with John in the mornings because he gets me going and like previous reviews I do feel the "burn" that leaves me wanting more. Theres days i feel like

Burns so good... I have been training with John for nine months now and love the results!

My schedule is a little crazy at times and John's flexibility is what first attracted me to training with him. After having two kids in two years, my fitness goals not only included weight loss but also to build muscle and tone up. I'm not really the athletic type and I'd never really been to a gym before (ah!) but since I started training with John, I now look forward to going to the gym and LOVE the feel of the "burn" that follows a session with him.

I switched to John's FitFly fitness from 24hrs, and have been a happy camper for over 2 years now!! John is easy to work with, makes you go that extra mile and keeps you stay on course. I've lost about 18 lbs, 2 inches of waistline and 6 yrs of age; which is a good thing!! My old friends are usually shocked to see my changed shape and compliment on the muscles I've built. If you are on the cusp, and need that little extra push to decide, waste no time and contact John. He usually gives free first session, so you don't have to worry about what-ifs.

John is an awesome trainer. I have been working with him twice a week for about a year and a half now. I am grateful for John's flexibility, as my job often has me working late at the last minute and needing to cancel / reschedule appointments. John has regularly gone above and beyond the call of duty in accommodating my schedule. His attitude in all regards is great, and when I'm feeling drained his energy is contagious. His manner and style make you want to push yourself. I always feel great when I leave.

John Flannery is awesome! John trained me for about a year and half (and continues to), three times per week. John is a very knowledgeable and thoughtful trainer. He works with your strength level and helps you progress consistently to reach your fitness goals. Jon trained me 3 times per week for about 2 years and during that time my muscle mass increased significantly. More importantly, I became stronger. Much stronger. Jon seems to have limitless patience (he trains my teenaged daughter too) and a neverending supply of enthusiasm for fitness. His rates are reasonable and he tries to be flexible on schedule. Highly recommended!

I've been training with Jon for about a year. I lost about 20lbs from the time I came in until now. I was recommend to train with Jon through a friend. He is really nice and will work with your schedule. He's really good about pushing and motivating you. The pricing is very reasonable compared to getting a trainer through a gym.

Jon trained me for about 1 year (3 -4 times per week). He was an excellent trainer and also kept me accountable to my goals. Also, he was very flexible with my hectic work schedule. 1/2 sessions were no problem. Jon's got a great attitude and knows his stuff. I gained significant muscle mass and lost a very noticeable amount of fat.
