In my younger years, I have tried many ways to lose weight, including joining a gym, with little to no results. I can relate to the challenge it takes to lose weight, especially not having a proper nutrition program. My goal is to motivate and teach you the proper exercise, combine with a nutrition program to reach your fitness goals.

Personal training at Accessible Fitness means that you will be exercising one-on-one with your own experienced personal trainer right beside you to guide and assist you with your fitness program. Your trainer will help you stay committed to reaching your goals. Losing weight and body transformations is our Specialty.

What can I say about Judy! I started training back in October with her to focus on weight loss and help train for an upcoming marathon. Judy sat down with me and help come up with a distinct diet and training plan and then went to work with me. I always had a love hate relationship with our workouts (half squats with bands are the devil).
Personal training at Accessible Fitness means that you will be exercising one-on-one with your own experienced personal trainer right beside you to guide and assist you with your fitness program. Your trainer will help you stay committed to reaching your goals. Our personal trainers can design a fitness program for you that will make you look and feel better about yourself.

Expensive Personal Training! Unprofessional Staff! Not recommended.
Be very careful when rescheduling the personal training sessions. Most likely you are not going to get those sessions ever. I had enrolled for 30 sessions of personal training, had to reschedule my last 5 sessions as I was out of town for 10 days. After coming back, I found that trainer stopped showing up on session's time and he stopped responding to calls and texts. Even the management didn't bother to look into it. I still have the texts showing that they agreed upon rescheduling the sessions. They take all the money in advance

I remember asking Paul on the phone if there is a criterion of people coming that start personal training. I don't think I was in any worse shape before, a 120 pounds overweight with alarmingly high body fat percentage. He assured me that it wont matter and after about 3 months of procrastination I finally took the complimentary session.
I was ashamed of walking into any gym before I started training here. 10 minutes into the first session and all that was gone and John ensured that it never came back. He eased me into the workout sessions slowly increasing the intensity and it sort of became

Ask for Gabriel or Spencer. They are easy to work with but will push you hard. They are very focused on form and will give you a great full body workout every time.

If i could give more stars I would. This gym has changed my life and the life's of many around me. Paul,Judy and their team are the best at what they do. Paul also trained my Grandfather into his eighty's even after a stroke and Parkinson's disease diagnosis restoring my grandfathers health and confidence. I cant say enough about the versatility of this gym and team. I can truly say they have become my friends and mentors. Thanks Paul And Judy!

It's very hard to find a personal trainer who takes special interest in you. I was never successful in finding a good one especially thru the big fitness center chains. The trainers keep changing and you lose focus and most importantly you don't see any desirable results (at least I didn't) and beyond a stage it becomes too heavy on your wallet as well and you give up.
Thru a good friend I got introduced to AccessibleFitness and have been training with Paul & Judy for over 3 months (longest ever) and I see amazing results. The variety of exercises that they make you do is what the difference is

I have been training at Accessible Fitness for more than 6 months. I love working with both Judy and Paul. They focus not only on working out, but also stability, core balance and nutrition. Every time I've stepped out of the gym I've felt maxed out and pumped up. I have seen a transformation in myself from where I started and where I am, not only in my body structure, muscle tone but my strength as well.
The gym is nice and clean with all the equipments you would ever need. I'm glad I decided to join Accessible Fitness.
