Quintus founder Ernest William ("E.W.") Keappler built his first house in 1948. Over the next 50 years, the Atlanta real estate developer expanded his interest and expertise into office, retail and multi-family development. A loving father and family man, E.W. raised his five children in the business, naming the firm after the Latin word for "five."

With more than four decades of experience in the real estate industry, Gary has a wide range of expertise. Starting as construction superintendent for apartment projects in 1966, he also has been property manager, project manager and executive vice president of operations for several Atlanta real estate developers as well as family ventures.

I put a partial deposit down for a Riverside House Apartment on September 1, 2020 in Atlanta, Georgia. The Leasing Consultant stated it would be 5-7 business days for the office to refund my partial rental deposit. As of to date and one month later, I have not received my refund. I have made at least three attempts to collect my deposit refund. In addition and in an attempt to collect my deposit refund, I requested from the current property manager a written Standard of Operating Procedures (SOP).
