I hold CHI, PHI, ISHI, InterNachi, and ITI home inspection certifications and I am fully licensed by the State of Texas. I'm also a UT of Austin graduate and former UT football player.

Jay is an excellent inspector and provided much needed peace of mind about our new build construction. We had him out to check out our house during the pre-drywall phase and he spotted some opportunities for improvement. Our builder has corrected these issues and we feel great about moving forward with the process. We will definitely have him come out again for our next inspection! I would also like to mention that he was extremely responsive and made time to come out on short notice since the builder didn't give us much advanced notice to schedule. Excellent quality at a great price!

I called Josh with A-Pro Home Insoection and he quickly set an appointment for my inspection which was great because I was in my option period and needed it quickly. He came out on tine and did a thorough inspection even told me things that were broken which he didn't have to inspect. He is honest, professional and goes above and beyond to ensure you know what is defective and what is good to go in the home. I will definitely call him again for any future inspections I need. Josh was very prompt and a great help, as I am moving to Texas from another state and couldn't be there myself. He answered questions about improvements I'd like to make in future and found issues that were not disclosed in the sellers disclosure. He was kind and patient. So far his work seems excellent, until I am there myself it's hard to be 100% sure, but I believe I will find everything as he's reported.

A-Pro Home Inspection sent Josh to do a foundation inspection of my home as requested by my mortgage company for my refinance. Josh was polite and professional, responded with plenty of alternatives for appointment times. When the appointment time arrived, he was on time and friendly and respectful. He was probably the only stranger to come into my home that our dog took to almost immediately. The inspection was performed quickly without disruption to the household (my teenage son slept through it upstairs). I received the report by email later that evening and was able to forward to my mortgage

I am a first-time homebuyer of a new build and I am very pleased to have hired A Pro! Jay was responsive, knowledgeable, and detailed! He was able to answer all of my questions throughout the three phases of the inspections and provide detailed reports that helped me understand the issues that needed to be addressed to the builder.
