To make a quality Christian education available to as many children as possible, regardless of their socioeconomic level. We believe that it is important for children to have a solid faith-based education to help shape them in the classroom. While students will learn about other countries, cultures, and religions, we are a Christian preschool that will teach kids about the love and grace of God, made evident in Jesus Christ.
The Gathering Academic Preschool is administrated by a Preschool Advisory Committee which is composed of parents, church members, the pastor and preschool director. The Committee believes that this preschool cannot be successful without the active participation of parents.
We hold an open house within the first month of school each year to invite parents and students to meet the teachers, see the classroom, and hear about the ways they can be involved throughout the school year.At that time, parents are also invited to sign up for parent-teacher conferences each quarter to hear about the learning journey of their child and to find out how they can best support their child's progress.

The infant/waddler program is the exploration center for babies as young as 6 weeks old through 30 months old. Even at 6 weeks old, infants are absorbing the environment around them and developing as they explore the world using their five senses. Infants and toddlers continue this important sensory, cognitive and motor development, building a strong foundation for a lifetime of curiosity and understanding.
For a lot of children, this will be their first experience away from home so we want to make it as positive and encouraging as possible! Our goal is to create a love of learning and community in each child as they are reassured of God's unconditional love for them. This program is designed to help children develop social skills, motor skills, language skills, and an awareness of the world around them.
These classrooms nurture creative learners but will also attempt to help children develop independence and an ability to focus on a learning station for more than a few minutes. We will encourage children to initiate deeper learning by providing an ordered environment for creativity and curiosity. The materials for the classroom have been specifically chosen to help students explore new things with all five senses.
