We have been tenants for a few short months and the amount of issues with the property for the amount of rent we pay is insane. The property is clearly not well maintained at all. The communication between vendors and Sienna is nonexistent. There is absolutely NO response to any urgent issue between the tenant and any of the property managers or any other associates of Sienna properties and it is appalling. I am not speaking about minor inconveniences. Urgent plumbing issues, etc. I still have not heard back from anyone about past or current issues or about breaking our lease because this is unacceptable

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I texted a representative after viewing a property they were rude/dismissive and told me to apply online. So I did, I proceeded to call the office, left voicemails, texted, emailed Bc I had some questions and I never got a reply. But they had no problem taking my money for the application. Very unprofessional.

Toni and Eric helped us to find a great investment opportunity as well as connecting us with the entire team that made this happen.
It was an unusual deal and it required a lot of hard work. They were great at all times and we really appreciate it.
We look forward to work together again in the future.

I don’t mean to sound cocky or unfair, but I’ve had the BEST time moving in with Sienna Properties. Only simple fixtures were needed; like a door or two needing a knob replacement. But everything I’ve inquired about has been acknowledged and immediately scheduled for fixing. I’ve only been moved in for about a week or two now and I already feel like it’s home- my home. It’s everything I wanted in a residence and they’ve made it that much easier by having phenomenal communication and sincere interest in my concerns. I would highly recommend their company and services. I could go on

The good and the bad....
I have been a renter through Sienna Properties for a few short years. Though, I had some minor moments of frustration with them...the majority of the time was good. I don't have any major complaints with Eric or Tiffany or my home owner. Those are the main 3 I usually have to call for inquiries or problems.
Today was the icing on the cake. We were scheduled to do a walk through with one of their Real Estate Brokers as the house I am renting is being put on the market at the end of my lease. Unbeknownst to me, I was stuck at the airport for 2 days prior due to bad weather

Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They were unresponsive to requests and completely unprofessional. They had the audacity to rent out a property where the previous tenant was evicted without cleaning or restoring the property. The house had roaches, terrible landscaping, and was completely falling apart. Maintenance was slow and intermittent, at best. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company. Also, stay away from real estate folks like Erik Pesek from Sienna Properties.
Also, I see that Sienna Properties attempts to discredit any bad reviews on here; however

I own multiple income properties and my family and I are so grateful to Sienna Properties. They have been able to find us good and reliable renters and very quickly. We are extremely appreciative for all you have done for us. We have a property in Tampa that has been a real hassle to get rented with good renters and makes us think of how thankful we are for your team. You probably hear only problems from most renters and owners and not enough “thank you’s.”

Sienna Properties has never steered me wrong through the almost 5 years I have worked with them. Their team does an amazing job on providing guidance and advice about everything property related. I can recall that Toni in the office did an amazing job providing us all the information needed in order to make a decision regarding the idea of selling or holding onto a property in Kyle, Texas. And as always, your office staff provides great customer service.

Do not rent from the Sienna Properties. Worst Landlord I have ever had. They gave me keys to a trashed house that was filthy with rotten food in the refrigerator. They had a month to have the house cleaned between when we signed the lease and when we moved in, this was not a last min lease. They sent a day maid to clean while I was trying to move in, due to the fact my moving truck was outside ready to go and everyone had already taken a day off work to help. We had no other option but to move in. Fast forward two years. We had been good tenants always paying out rent on time. They kept $690 of
