I took my 2017 Nissan Sentra in today for an oil change and a brake. My car was immediately put up on the rack as I was leaving. Received a call about an hour or so after advising me that I still had 80% of my breaks and pads left and there was no need to do anything to the brakes. He said he cleaned off the brake dust and performed the oil change and that's it. He says he would not take my money and do a service that is not needed! Can you belive that!!!! An honest man!! My niece used this service and they never fixed the problem. She was charged 3 different times for trying to fix the same problem. Her car was was smoking and it would stop and would not run. After much communication the problem still had not been fixed. The repair shop also refused to refund any of her money. If I could put in a rating of 0 I would.
