My first time coming to this establishment will not be my last for sure! Gorgeous interior, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere! What more could you want for a brunch day? Had the Wisconsin pancakes (a little too sweet for my liking) and Italian Fennel sausage (perfection!) and my partner had the chicken and waffles with grits and he was surprised how good it was! Most definitely coming back for another brunch date!

The tastiest pork chop I have ever had! The candy chop was absolutely delicious! The only concern I had was that the meat was pinkish red throughout and very read as I got closer to the bone. I have always thought that pork should be on the whiter side to avoid trichinosis or cysticercosis- both associated with eating undercooked pork. If I don't die, I'll definitely be back because the food was fantastic!

We went to the Peace Center for the 2:00 matinee of Tootsie and had heard that Select in Greer, SC (quick 25 minute drive) is excellent, so called for a reservation. I highly recommend this as everyone in the restaurant had reservations. Greer has a charming downtown area with lights strung throughout, which makes for a romantic spot dinner stroll. Now to the service and food. We were greeted by 2 sweet hostesses and taken to our table beside the front windows so we had a nice view of the downtown. Our precious and informative server was Adara. She catered to our every desire and made sure our

My fiancé and I stopped in this evening to enjoy dinner and wine at the bar. Unfortunately, we left after sharing a single glass and didn't bother to order dinner. Why? The bartender refused to let us try a taste of wine before ordering a glass (and this was from their wine by the glass list, not the bottle list). What happens if I order a glass and really don't care for the wine? I asked. Then, you pay for it, she said.

Excellent meal and service. Get a reservation so you won't have to wait. This is a small restaurant with great ambience that fills up fast on the weekends. I highly recommend them. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious and Select had fast, friendly service!
Another great meal at Select during the Christmas holidays. The service was not as great as out first experience, but I still recommend you giving them a try. The food is beyond delicious 😋 don't forget to get a reservation. We went on a Thursday evening and watched folks get turned away for not reserving in advance.

THIS REVIEW IS BASED UPON MY PERSONAL FIRST-HAND EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS. One star only because zero stars isn't an option. I visited with my daughter in February and not one staff member was wearing a mask despite there being a current mask mandates at the time. The owner gaslit me stating there was not a mandate at the time and I was simply misinformed. The owner is garbage who never followed covid protocols including mask mandates yet he defrauded the government of $2 million in PPP funds. He just admitted it in federal court and is facing twenty years in prison. Good riddance.

Came here with 2 work colleagues on a rainy evening for a group dinner. Restaurant had that local upscale cosy feel to it. I had a bourbon to start things off from their list and then we ordered this gigantic fresh pretzel as the recommended house appetizer. It arrived with a tangy mustard and was hanging from a hook. The pretzel was crispy yet doughy and a nice carb touch for dinner. Then I decided to go with a house Caesar salad which was awesome in a light house made

This place is very clean and love the decor. It is industrial with interesting, colorful artwork.
Now onto the food. They you a plentiful servings, so you won't go hungry here. I had a steak Eggs Benedict with a pumpkin pie latte for breakfast. The okra was a bit sweet tasting and wasn't what I expected, but overall it was pretty good and I ate it up.The latte, as you can see was beautiful, festive and tasted wonderful.

We arrived at 10:15 this morning for breakfast and were greeted by a very nice young lady who told us that all of their tables would be filled by 10:45. I counted 9 empty tables at the time and said we were in a rush and could be gone in 20 minutes. She said it would take 20 minutes to serve us, to which I said we could still do it. She
refused and said we could go on the waiting list which would take 25 minutes. Now I'm no brain surgeon, but this seemed like Gen-Z pretzel logic thinking to me. Rather than argue with the girl, we just left. So if the owner is reading this, I STRONGLY

A group of 12 of us went to Select...all for the first time. Shannon, our server made it clear from the outset that her intent was for us to relax, have a great time together and enjoy the food/drinks. She proceeded to recommend things on the menu that were favorites of hers and her customers...and even suggested some special bourbons added to their long list of offerings. So there was a wide variety of drinks and food on this long table, and there was not a single disappointed face in the crowd. WOW...servings are ample size (maybe even oversized) and cooked to perfection. Best fried green

Atmosphere is very open, high ceilings, cool artwork on the walls and a very nice bar area in the back.
Drinks: One of their things is pre-prohibition era cocktails. They are reviving some lesser known cocktails from the era, but they are expensive. It is clear that the sale of spirits is a big money maker and the cocktails are promoted heavily. I think the least expensive bottle of wine on the menu was over $30, so there is not much of a mid-range on that front.
Our server, Tyler, was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, and this was on a busy Friday night at peak dinner service.

The food was great, the atmosphere was rustic and romantic, and the service was excellent. The cons ; Parking was a bit weird and the steak is overpriced for non aged steak (but delicious none the less). This place is definitely a date night type place and whoever is cooking definitely knows what they're doing. The bar looked pretty fun too. Can't wait to try them for breakfast.
