Love living here, very quiet, clean and an extremely friendly staff. Thinking about moving in, great idea as long as your quiet and clean. We want to keep it like this 🙂

Lived here for 2 years. Nichole (property manager) is such a sweetheart and knows how to take care of her residents. Very upkept and they deal with maintenance issues immediately instead of just waiting around twirling their thumbs.

Super disappointed with their service. I spoke with the front desk and set up an appoint to view the unit at 5:20. At 5:10, I realized traffic was bad and I would be late, so I called the office to let them know that I was on my way. No one answered and I left a message. At 5:25, I arrived at the front office, only to find that they had already left for the day. I drove 30 mins out of my way for nothing. Terrible service.

Probably your typical first apartment. Income-based rent makes this somewhat easy living although it's difficult to call a cut-up and partitioned trailer an "apartment." Your apartment shakes when your next-door neighbors walk around. No central AC or any sort of insulation, so it's cold cold cold in the winter and hot hot hot in the summer. The maintenance guy is cool though. But holy hell when that dump truck comes at 4AM, it wakes you up.
