Please, note the hiring maintenance sign that is always outside their office. If they do get a good maintenance guy they fire him immediately because he actually fixes something. We have drawers and appliances that have been broke since before we moved in. Always with a plan of how they were going to fix it but never do.

The worst experience you could have. Especially with Concord rents. I would never recommend anyone to rent their. Property manager never returns calls. If you have a student that attends Lake Sumter College make sure you read the fine print. Evenif you tell them you are going to lease for a certain time at the time of the lease they get you at the end by saying you didn't give the a 60 day notice and get you hit with two months additional rent. When students where not able to go back to school due to the covid 19 they didn't care. Horrible experience I would never recommend them or Concord rents

Absolutely terrible experience! We lived there for 8 years. When we first moved in, the staff in the front office as professional and courteous. However, in recent years they have brought on a crew that is inexperienced at best -- rude, unprofessional, and nasty at worst. They are good at nickeling and diming and not very good at putting anything in writing, most likely because whatever they put in writing they did not understand themselves. We lived here for several years. In the beginning, we did not have any problems and the front office was competent. However, throughout the years, the service and maintenance declined. The front office staff is the nastiest, most miserable group of people that I ever came across. The one who is in charge likes to hide while she shoves her lackeys up front to do the work for her. They always acted as if they were doing you a favor if you came in with a maintenance issue or if you had a question. Harbor Vista is such a great place to live; GiGi and the group were so excited about us moving in when all the other places just said, "Better rent it before it is gone!" It is great to be first one to live in your apartment and everything is brand new. The staff all work hard to make sure you enjoy staying her and the socials are enjoyable. When my family and I first moved to Leesburg, we paid the application fee and the deposit fee for a condo at Harbor Vista. We stayed at a local hotel while they were getting the condo ready. While at the hotel we asked some locals about Harbor Vista, and was told us to "stay away!". So we went to the leasing agent and told her we changed our minds, and she said "Why?". She told us that the condo was ready and that we would lose the deposit. But as we were leaving, we rode by the the condo and workers was still there working. Even though they strong armed our deposit, I am so glad we quit with them
