I cant thank the Manager, Alex, enough for being so kind, understanding and patient with me during the difficult time I was going through. Because of his help and kindness he was able to get me in touch with the Lake County people for help with my rent. I was just approved for assistance that will cover me for what I owed and for next month. Thank you! its not often that you find good genuine people working for an apartment complex but Alex and everyone else who works there, are very nice and you can tell they care, which means ALOT!

Ive lived here for going on 5 years, we've gone through several managers and office people but the ones we have now are very nice and do a good job making sure the complex stays as clean as it can be, its just unfortunate that theres a small handful of people who live here that dont do their part in helping keep the property looking nice. I dont like that the rent keeps going up but its still affordable and cheaper then some of the other options in the area. John the maintenance man is very friendly and has been quick to respond to my maintenance repairs. I like it here alot and will probably be

It was nice when I first moved in 12 years ago. There were a lot of benefits. We got perks for signing a new lease. Now all we get is a raise in our rent. And they tout it as being a gated community but the gate hasn't worked in probably a couple years. The maintenance guys are awesome as are the people in the office. All are very helpful. The powers to be need to take a good look at their tenants to see how much help they could really use as far as not raising the rent for one thing.

I've been here a year and it has been so nice. The office staff is friendly and though there have been a few changes to the maintenance staff, the current guys are nice and quick to address my maintenance requests. I was a little concerned when I first moved here because I had never lived in an affordable housing apartment complex, and was worried about what kind of people that lived here, but all the neighbors are nice and respectful, and the community is quiet. Also, management has been so understanding about some income we loss because of COVID, and instead of kicking us out they helped us find

Avoid this complex. The rent is always being increased and management fails to do their job. Neighbors can do whatever they want to each other including harassment. Kids are never supervised at the pool which leads to the pool being closes often. The walls are paper thin and the apartments are too expensive for what they provide. Gym is inadequate. Corporate doesn’t do anything either. Avoid this place because they charge you fees out of no here the gates are broken and anything goes in the complex. Don’t move there.
