Not run well.
The community park filled with garbage on the ground.
The loosest animal policy i have ever seen. Dogs allowed to deficate anywhere and owners of pets not held accountable to pick up after dogs.
Why have signs of no parking if its not enforced?
I think with better staff the place can run at a 7.

I simply just hate this place it's too small , bugs every where because of the lights they have outside it should be a bug light I was never told the dryers we're gas and the parking is ridiculous every day I either have to move my car for my daughter to get out or vice verse also nowhere for visitors to park kids running around without supervision and the gym you can never get in the door is always broken I'm paying 1120 for what 😡i haven't been able to get on the website since I been here can't wait till my lease is over

Please lease some where else, the management is ridiculous! Everyday you come home to a letter on your door about an issue that suddenly pops up!! It’s not a good feeling to be harassed where you live! I’ve made a mistake of renewing my lease! The patio chair & table have been on my patio since I moved in on July 2017!!!! And they aren’t even mine, they were left by the previous owner!!!

Location is nice. Layout is nice. Park and pool and area for dogs to run around. But the management is insane. You must be a picture perfect citizen, any small thing out of place will get you fined. Have been here a few months and have lost almost $300 in fines. Once tried to charge me $60 for a busted light-bulb that I can get at the store for a dollar.

I have to say that it's very disappointing when they don't provide you with the full details before you apply and have to pay $75.00 for an application fee. I went and called the location and asked few times what was the requirements to qualify for an apartment for my mom who is a senior and they said that her income couldn't be more than a certain amount. I told the manager at the Leesburg office not once but 3 times my mom income and she said she qualified. After I paid I called her again and asked why her application was denied and she said they take the amount of her income times 52 in order

Thought it was such a nice place to live, from my visits and online experience. Then I moved in, and its not bad, but not as good as it could be if management did just that and managed instead of micro managing and running the place in the ground. Better upkeep of the grounds, policing the children by holding parents accountable, and better screening of tenants may be in order. It looks good on the outside though.

Well, bad on me for KNOWING what I was signing onto. The "2 bedroom" is literally a bedroom and a loft with glass French doors. The apartments are so small and cramped. The only reason I give it more than a 1 star is because whenever I had an issue they were quick to jump on it and help me out. I've never had bugs of any sort, even on days were I was too tired to clean after dinner. My only other issue is how you can almost NEVER get ahold of anyone at the office if you call.
