The day Covid restrictions were lifted we are being kicked out. Made arrangements for payment plan. Splitting rent in 2 payments a month. Guess that isn’t good enough. Not behind in rent. I’m 61 years old and felt liked we were being harassed with all the notices that were taped to our door. So much for kindness and compassion.

We moved in to Bristol Pointe 10 months ago, during the pandemic. We haven't been able to enjoy the gym or the clubhouse because of the pandemic, but other than that, we are super happy here. We were able to enjoy the pool for a short time over the summer and that was nice.
The apartment was clean when we moved in. The units are spacious, have a washer and dryer, and upgraded kitchen appliances. The staff, both the leasing agents and the maintenance team are amazing! They are quick to respond to your phone call/email and they are helpful, friendly, kind, and honest. My husband lost some money

We have lived here for almost two years and have loved it. Everyone in the office is so nice and professional we never have issues with them. Pye and Jenny are the best and we love the maintenance staff, especially Montana. Our dog goes crazy when he sees him and always tries to go say hello to him.
One thing that usually bothers me with apartments is the office and clubhouse will look so amazing and up-to-date but the apartments themselves dumpy or cheaply renovated. I did not think so with Bristol Pointe. Our home feels so much like a home and we are so comfortable here.

Have lived in Bristol Pointe Apartments in Loveland CO for over two years. Have not had one negative experience. Staff and Maintenance have been beyond professional on all levels. Experience kindness and patience with areas I need assistance with as an older resident. Very good attitude from all staff about phone calls for assistance on, and after, hours as needed. Apartment is wonderful. Balconies. High ceilings. Air Conditioned. Washer/Dryer. Good water pressure. Have views of Meeker Peak. Longs Peak views. Mountains around Estes Park views. Toured here and found it to be lacking. The staff was very friendly, and the prices are pretty decent, but in both apartments we looked at, there was a very strange suffocating smell. It may have been a powder carpet cleaner, based on the weird dust that was everywhere? It wasn't cleaned up well and should not have been move in ready.
The apartments themselves felt cheaply made and weren't especially impressive. They were distinctly old but dressed up as new. Because of that, the kitchens look very out of place. All the walkways had a LOT of old collected spider webs everywhere. Kind of gross

Our favorite place! Very nice. Always kept clean. Classy kitchens and room to move. Accommodations and amenities are great for all ages. The staff are extremely polite, attentive and respectful. We appreciate as they make our entire family feel like it's our pad! Looking forward to another summer here!!

We were very excited to move into Bristol Pointe Apartments and have loved our stay here. Our neighbors are awesome and ALL of them helped us move in! Couldn't believe the hospitality. We have a two-year-old who loved playing on the playground and swimming in the pool here. We met many other parents and made friends easily. The maintenance crew is very responsive and extremely friendly. We know them on a first-name basis, and feel like they are neighbors more than workers. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
