This is fake post, fake account, I'm assuming Marla has this template and access to the account on her computer this same review has been posted previously when we've tried to apply one time we asked about the review and they told it's true and that honestly we shouldn't rent here even though we had all the requirements, you guys need new office staff it's no wonder Marla makes sure she lets you know how long she's been doing this job and Madelyn just follows, shameful office staff, awfully deceitful.

Marla is awesome, I have worked with her as a resident on two of the ConAm properties, that I've resided in so far.
Alex and Francisco, the maintenance guys, (and while Frabrice is gone) are excellent too! All are very nice to work with and understanding if issues arise.
The town homes are spacious for my needs (with an adult room mate and a few furry kids), and I love that there is a back patio area where some gardening can be done, or just a place to chill out.
Currently the rent in these rentals is not too bad. These are older buildings, so naturally some creaks and living usage can be seen

Maintenance is super friendly and quick. But the appliances within the town homes themselves are outdated and need maintenance pretty regularly. There are cracks in the walls that they just try to cover up, which just show again in a week, same with the caulking on the tub. Marla in management is super helpful and definitely does everything she can - she even helped me with rental assistance during the COVID lockdown. The parking is a bit of an issue though.

I lived here for 2 years and honestly don't really have any serious complaints. The staff was great, there was quick response to any maintenance issues, never had a single issue with bugs or other pests, neighbors were friendly. The appliances are a little dated but worked fine and the paint job on the walls was a little sloppy, but I didn't mind that too much. Plus, this is the first place I rented that didn't screw me out of getting my deposit back!

We've lived here for a year and a half now. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but most occupants have dogs and it's very noisy. Utility prices are outrageous since some are shared services between each townhome, so you end up subsidizing the cost of other folks utilities. Rent increases every year. The inside of the townhomes is nothing special--old coffee milk colored carpeting with off-white walls. Appliances are decent. The saving grace has been the help of its staff, but overall I think it's very overpriced for what it is. We will not be resigning our lease.

Horrible place to live. Parking is a mess. A whole building gets 2 washers and 2 dryers that residents pay for and they always break down and dont wash right. Definitely recommend to search somewhere else. Property owner has family that lives here and are allowed to harass and threaten you in your own home.
