The worst property management ever. Tried renting a house with no response from them to get them the application and no return phone calls. Told property was rented but still advertised with 2 price changes already. Really a zero rating.

If I could give a zero I would. I have rented from Sherri for two years. I took before photos because I am a responsible individual. We had a great house the worst property management. They would never get anyone to fix problems that were there before I moved in. Like the bathroom, refrigerator and even yard. I would call constantly and they would make up excuses. And say they wouldn’t charge me for it. Well they did and we have been working with Sheri to clean the house and back yard. Because unfortunately the biggest snowfall this last year hit when we were moving out. We went back and cleaned

I used this company when I moved my family from the valley and the only positive outcome was being more motivated to buy after dealing with them. We had a dead animal in the dryer vent that took (I’m not kidding here) several weeks to deal with. An electrical issue in the kitchen that was also delayed even though it was dangerous. I guess they count on their clients not being positioned to buy a house and they abuse it. Their deposit and application process is a bit fishy too. Sherri Hoyer is a liar and a crook. She takes people’s deposits and lies as to the reasoning. Take her to court if this happens to you. We did, and we won. BEWARE FIRST RATE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I don't even know where to start. She did everything she could to absorb our entire deposit, and sent us a huge bill to replace the carpet, WHICH THEY NEVER ACTUALLY REPLACED! It was an attempt at a scam, which didn't work, I got a lawyer and we settled after threatening to take them to court. On a more personal note - At one point during our lease we had taken our 1-year-old daughter to a check-up, they found a large tumor in her tummy and immediately sent us to OHSU in Portland. One of the WORST property management companies out there. Horrible customer service, very rude and snarky when dealing with her. Takes MONTHS to get repairs taken care of after submitting them. MY fiancee and I went 3 months without a dishwasher because she wouldn't take care of it, and then had additional fee's tacked on to our electric bill because of a broken hot water valve in our bathtub that she wouldn't get a plumber in to fix. AWFUL! I would walk over hot coals before EVER dealing with this company again.

The worst property management ever!!! They were rude, never got anything done and pushed back our move in date with one week notice.. the property wasn't taken care of and we had taken pictures to prove it so when we left we wanted our deposit back and they wouldn't give it to us saying that the place needed help and everything they blamed us for we proved was there before we got it and they still wouldn't give us our deposit back.. the only my way to get it back is going through a lawsuit at that point. They are horrible. NEVER RENT from them!!!!!
