With years of experience in property management and vacation rental support, our team is the right fit for all of your vacation property needs. I grew up in Eastern Washington vacationing with my family annually in Central Oregon. I eventually moved to Oregon in order to attend Willamette University where I played soccer for the Bearcats and earned a B.A. in studio art.
Oversee and coordinate all vendors working on the home such as landscaping, spa and housekeeping. Home Fridays has been wonderful in identifying damage caused by renters and getting it repaired. We can then quickly make deductions from the security deposit without requiring a trip into town to see everything first hand.
Yes, we are totally focused on taking care of vacation homes for absentee home owners. We are not house cleaners, handymen or real estate agents looking for supplemental income. We will visit your house a minimum of once per week, and more often per a homeowner's request and/or in the event of any unusual weather situations such as wind storm, extreme cold, etc.

We have been working with Home Fridays for over a year and I can't say enough good things about these folks. Their attention to detail, responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond is truly amazing. They have helped with workmen at the house, mail and deliveries, cleaning services and pest control. We can rest easier knowing they are keeping an eye on things when we are out of town.

We have been working with the amazing team at HomeFridays over the last several months and I could not recommend them enough. They are always very responsive when last minute shipments are arriving, and recently were very creative with solving for a delivery that required a signature in person. I really feel they take pride and ownership of one's home while you can't be there, and Ben and Malia serve as an extended team. Thank you Home Fridays!

Thank goodness Home Fridays was there the time my ice maker flooded, they saved the wood floors. And the time we found critters nesting in the attic, and, and... Vacation homes are tricky, something always seems to need doing, and I don't want to do it when I'm on vacation!
