I was with Penbook for 9 years and have always had good experiences with them. If I ever needed something fixed, they came that very same week! Whether it was a leaky faucet or a bush that needed cut down, they were always there to help. Penbrook treats thier tenants like family and I was sad to leave when we bought a house. It was nice getting to work with a small local company because they really do care.

I wanted to add my positive experiences to The Pennbrook website. I have been a part of their management system for many years and have had nothing but good results when I have required or needed some help. Connie has always gone above and beyond in listening and correcting any needs. The office itself has been a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would recommend Pennbrook to others.

This company is operated by crooks. Stay away. Worst landlord experience I’ve ever had. Loyalty and history means nothing to this horrible company with nothing on there minds except lining their pockets. Peoples livelihood is not considered. The owner of this house fought for years to keep my rent reasonable and they went behind her back uping the rent over the years. I know because she called be about it several times. The people in charge of this place should seek jobs where they can only screw themselfs over instead of others.

I don't think I have ever rented a home from such an amazing Property Management! Connie is amazing and is always on top of things. They always help me right away with any issue I have. Very friendly Property Management Company! I'm glad I found a great Company like The Pennbrook Company. Keep being amazing guys! ;)

If it gave me the option to rate this a 0 star I would. I cannot believe the way this company represents itself. First off the problem is with a neighbor apartment building manager (cottonwood senior apartments) I took my dog for a walk with waste bags in hand, my dog peed on a tree and the manager came outside and yelled at both me and my boyfriend for allowing our dog to urininate on her property. We dropped it at that until today when my children(7 years old along with a couple neighborhood children) were playing a board game called "life" on the very edge of the property of this apartment building
